Description
Claims (9)
- 内部のフィルタ空洞を包囲し、かつヒートシール可能な材料を有するフィルタ媒体を準備する工程と、
フィルム媒体を被覆する第1の端縁を有する支持体を準備する工程と、
フィルタ媒体の第1の端部及びフィルタ空洞を、熱可塑性のレーザーを透過する材料からなる枠部を有する第1の終端キャップで覆う工程と、
第1の終端キャップの枠部にレーザーを透過しない第1の遮断層を挿入し、該第1の遮断層がフィルタ媒体の第1の端部及び支持体の第1の端縁上を、フィルム媒体及び支持体の長手軸に対して径方向平面内に延びるようにする工程と、
第1の遮断層に隣接する領域を加熱することによって、フィルタ媒体と、支持体と、第1の終端キャップとの間で、溶接体積が溶接結合のための接合部として提供されるように、第1の遮断層に隣接するレーザーを透過する材料にレーザーエネルギを照射することにより、第1の終端キャップをフィルム媒体及び支持体に溶接し、フィルタ媒体の第1の端部と、支持体の第1の端縁と、長手軸に対して径方向面内に延びる第1の終端キャップの隣接面を一気に接合する工程と、
を含む、フィルタ部材を製造する方法。 - 溶接結合を形成する前に、フィルタ媒体が、中空円筒として成形され、流体を透過する円筒形の被覆部材を形成する支持体内へ挿入されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- フィルタ媒体の第1の端部と反対側の第2の端部及び支持体の第1の端縁と反対側の第2の端縁を枠部を有する第2の終端キャップで覆う工程、
第2の終端キャップの枠部にレーザーを透過しない第2の遮断層を挿入し、該第2の遮断層がフィルム媒体の第2の端部及び支持体の第2の端縁上を、フィルタ媒体の長手軸に対して径方向面内に延びるようにする工程と、
第2の遮断層に隣接する領域を加熱することによって、フィルタ媒体と、支持体と、第2の終端キャップとの間で、溶接体積が溶接結合のための接合部として提供されるように、第2の遮断層に隣接するレーザーを透過する材料にレーザーエネルギを照射することにより、第2の終端キャップをフィルム媒体及び支持体に溶接し、フィルタ媒体の第2の端部と、支持体の第2の端縁と、長手軸に対して径方向面内に延びる第2の終端キャップの隣接面を一気に接合する工程と、
を含む、フィルタ部材を製造することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - フィルタ媒体及び支持体が熱可塑性のレーザーを透過する材料で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 熱可塑性材料がポリアミドであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 第1の遮断層が0.03から0.1mmの厚みのポリアミドで形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1の遮断層が0.05mmの厚みであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- フィルタ媒体として、折り畳まれた、多層の帯状フィルタマットからなる環状体が用いられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1の方法に従って製造されたことを特徴とするフィルタ部材。
