Claims (9)
- 作動液、潤滑油、又は燃料などの液体を濾過するためのフィルタエレメント(2)を生産する方法であって、
(a)少なくとも一つのフィルタ媒体の一つ以上の層で作られたフィルタマット繊維(14)の少なくとも一部分を提供する工程であって、前記フィルタマット繊維(14)はフィルム繊維(8)にプレストレスを与えるためのプリーツを有する、工程と、
(b)環状体(12)を形成するために前記フィルタマット繊維(14)の少なくとも一部分の端部同士を相互接続し、サポートチューブ(16)上に前記環状体を配置する工程と、
(c)合成樹脂材料で成形された多数の孔を有する前記フィルム繊維(8)の少なくとも一つの素材を、前記サポートチューブ(16)上に配置された前記環状体(12)の外側に巻き付ける工程と、
(d)前記フィルム繊維(8)の少なくとも一つの素材の端部領域(24)を他の端部領域に配置し、オーバラップする端部領域(24)を互いに接続する工程であって、前記フィルム繊維(8)に張力を与えながら移動可能な上下の成形体(26,28,30)と共に前記フィルム繊維(8)で作られる外側スリーブを閉じて、一つ以上の圧力作用片(36)によって前記フィルム繊維(8)のオーバラップする前記端部領域(24)を保持し、レーザユニット(38)によって前記フィルム繊維(8)のオーバラップする前記端部領域(24)を溶接することによって前記端部領域(24)を接続する工程と、を備えるフィルタエレメントを生産する方法であって、
前記フィルム繊維(8)の少なくとも一つの素材の端部領域(24)を接続する前に、前記フィルム繊維(8)の少なくとも一つの素材を環状体(12)の周りに取り付けることを特徴とする方法。 - 熱接続方法(38)によって、オーバラップする端部領域(24)を接続することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 溶接処理に適する合成樹脂材料で作られた前記フィルム繊維(8)を使用することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- レーザを透過しないバリヤ層(42)を使用するレーザ溶接(38)によって、オーバラップする端部領域(24)を接続することを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の方法。
- 溶接フィラーを使用せずに溶接を実施することを特徴とする請求項2〜4の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 溶接作業の前に、溶接フィラー(42)をオーバラップする端部領域(24)の間に挿入することを特徴とする請求項2〜4の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- レーザを透過しないバリヤ層として提供されるフィルム(42)を溶接フィラーとして使用することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 環状体(12)へのフィルムの巻き付けを、平らな前記フィルム繊維(8)に作用する成形体(26,28,30)の送り移動によって実施することを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 溶接作業中に、圧力作用片(40)を送り移動することによって、前記フィルム繊維(8)のオーバラップするそれぞれの端部領域(24)を互いに対して押し付けることを特徴とする請求項2〜8の何れか一項に記載の方法。
