Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制造用来过滤流体、如液压油、润滑剂或燃料的过滤元件的方法,所述方法包括下述步骤:设置由至少一种过滤介质的一层或多层构成的过滤垫幅的至少一个区段;连接所述至少一个区段的各端部以形成环形体并将该环形体安装到一个支撑管上。
背景技术
在许多实施方式中已知过滤元件,如其在技术设备中使用,以便使运行所用的流体摆脱污物那样。文件EP 1 015 095 B1公开了一种有利的结构方式,其广泛分布地应用于相应系统中。如在运行中过滤垫完全被污染,则必须用新的、未使用过的过滤元件来更换该过滤元件。鉴于这种过滤元件的广泛分布使用,用于首次装备和更换需求的件数非常高,从而这种过滤元件可被称为所谓的“大量制造的产品(Massenartikel)”。相应地,这种过滤元件的简单且合理的制造有重大的经济意义。
相应于文件EP 1 015 095 B1中所述的现有技术,这样制造设有由穿孔薄膜幅制成的外罩的过滤元件:由构成外罩的薄膜幅构成一个封闭的圆柱体,其中,通过一个纵向焊缝连接该薄膜幅的重叠的端部并且在此之后将环形体插入该圆柱形的外罩中。为了使插入变得容易,这样聚合环形体端侧端部上的褶皱,使得形成导入锥体,该导入锥体使到圆柱形的外罩中的插入变得容易。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提出一种方法,该方法允许以特别合理和低成本的方式制造这种过滤元件。
根据本发明,该任务通过一种方法来解决,该方法包括权利要求1中给出的方法步骤a)至d)。
据此,这样进行实施:将过滤元件的外罩通过下述方式构成到位于内部的支撑管上的、预安装的、由折叠的过滤垫幅制成的环形体上:使得薄膜幅的至少一个最初是平的坯料围绕环形体设置,然后将各重叠的端部区域彼此连接。

在此以特别有利地方式可这样实施,在连接薄膜幅的所述至少一个坯料的端部区域之前将薄膜幅的所述至少一个坯料围绕环形体张紧。因此过滤垫的预紧不再与过滤垫的公差位置(Toleranzlage)(褶皱高度)有关,从而进一步简化了制造。因为尽管在完成状态中实现了预紧,但由于省去了轴向的插入运动,在外罩和过滤垫之间没有摩擦,因而不产生磨损。也无需任何后处理、例如薄膜的热压配合形式的后处理来实现外罩希望的预紧,因此不会发生过滤垫幅的热损坏。
优选通过热接合方法对各重叠的端部区域进行连接。在构成外罩的薄膜由聚酰胺化合物或聚乙烯化合物制成或薄膜由聚酯或环氧聚氨酯或类似的具有良好的热粘合特性的塑料制成时,可通过超声波焊接方法或借助焊接激光器来进行连接。
在后一种情况下,如果薄膜本身的材料不构成适合的激光阻挡层,激光焊接在使用附加的激光阻挡层的情况下进行。
在相应材料中焊接可在没有焊接添加料的情况下进行,而作为替换方案,在焊接之前将焊接添加料放入各重叠的端部区域之间。
在此特别有利的是,能够将用作激光阻挡层的薄膜作为焊接添加料。
在以薄膜缠绕环形体方面可这样进行实施:使用可移动的成型体,各成型体借助进给运动作用在最初是平的薄膜幅上并且将薄膜幅围绕环形体成型,其中,进给运动能够以在周向方向上延伸的分量运动,从而使得薄膜幅在缠绕环形体时张紧。

具体实施方式
在图1中整体显示的过滤元件2在由塑料压制的端盖4和6之间具有一个由穿孔的薄膜幅8构成的外罩。薄膜幅8的穿孔仅在几个区域中示出,这些区域以10来标记。薄膜幅8包围一个环形体12,该环形体的构造在图2和3中最清晰可见。如所能看到的,环形体12包括一个折叠的过滤垫幅14,该过滤垫幅折褶式折叠并且包围一个内侧的、具有流体通道的支撑管16。如图3所示,薄膜幅8的端部18和20这样上下叠置,以形成一个重叠区域24,在该重叠区域中所形成的外罩以纵向焊缝22(参见图1和2)中封闭。

在实际焊接过程之前,优选借助一个或多个压紧块36使薄膜幅8的端部18和20相互紧贴地保持。在当前所描述的实施例中,连接通过借助可按运动箭头32运动的激光器单元38的激光焊接来实现。如从图5的视图中可看到的,激光器单元38在可运动到重叠区域24上的前端部上具有一个由激光可透过的有机玻璃制成的压紧体40,所述压紧体在焊接过程期间将焊接区域挤压在一起。
对于由激光不可透过的塑料制成的薄膜幅8,其中,薄膜幅8本身构成适合于激光焊接的激光阻挡层时,焊接过程可在适合于热封的塑料中在没有焊接添加料的情况下进行。在没有焊接添加料的情况下,代替激光焊接,连接也可通过超声波焊接来进行。但也可如在激光焊接中那样在超声波焊接中使用焊接添加料,以便实施热粘合方法(热熔)。为了激光焊接,可将这种焊接添加料——如其在图3中以42标记的那样——以薄膜条的形式在重叠区域24中放入薄膜幅8的端部18和20之间。在此可涉及由聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯制成的膜。这种以名称销售的PBT膜可在热焊接过程中形成一种热熔粘合剂。另外,当借助激光焊接实施焊接过程时,这种添加料可用作激光不可透过的激光阻挡层。

Claims (14)
1.用于制造用来过滤流体、如液压油、润滑剂或燃料的过滤元件(2)的方法,所述方法包括下述步骤:
a)设置由至少一种过滤介质的一层或多层构成的过滤垫幅(14)的至少一个区段;
b)连接所述至少一个区段的各端部以形成环形体(12)并将该环形体安装到支撑管(16)上,
其特征在于,
c)以薄膜幅(8)的至少一个坯料缠绕位于所述支撑管(16)上的环形体(12)的外侧,并且
d)将薄膜幅(8)的所述至少一个坯料的各端部区域(24)上下叠置并且将各所述重叠的端部区域(24)进行连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在对薄膜幅(8)的所述至少一个坯料的各端部区域(24)进行连接之前,将薄膜幅的所述至少一个坯料围绕环形体(12)张紧。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,通过热接合方法(38)将各重叠的端部区域(24)进行连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,使用由适合于焊接方法的塑料制成的薄膜幅(8)。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的方法,其特征在于,在使用激光阻挡层(42)的情况下通过激光焊接(38)将各重叠的端部区域(24)进行连接。
6.根据权利要求3至5之一所述的方法,其特征在于,焊接在没有焊接添加料的情况下进行。
7.根据权利要求3至5之一所述的方法,其特征在于,在焊接之前将焊接添加料(42)放入各所述重叠的端部区域(24)之间。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,将用作激光阻挡层的薄膜(42)作为焊接添加料。
9.根据权利要求1至8之一所述的方法,其特征在于,借助作用在平的薄膜幅(8)上的成型体(26、28、30)的进给运动以薄膜缠绕环形体(12)。
10.根据权利要求3至9之一所述的方法,其特征在于,在焊接过程中通过压紧块(40)的进给将薄膜幅(8)的各重叠的端部区域(24)相互压紧。
11.过滤元件,所述过滤元件根据权利要求1至10之一所述的方法制造并且包括由薄膜幅(8)制成的外罩,所述外罩围绕具有过滤垫幅(14)的环形体(12)的外侧张紧。
12.根据权利要求11所述的过滤元件,其特征在于,所述薄膜幅(8)由塑料制成。
13.根据权利要求11或12所述的过滤元件,其特征在于,所述薄膜幅(8)构造成穿孔的。
14.根据权利要求11至13之一所述的过滤元件,其特征在于,所述环形体(12)安装到具有流体通道的支撑管(16)上。
