Claims (8)
- 금속 스트립(1)의 연속식 딥 코팅(dip-coating)을 위한 설비로서,- 액체 금속욕(liquid metal bath)(12)을 포함한 탱크(11),- 금속 스트립(1)이 보호성 분위기에서 통과하는 덕트(13)로서, 덕트(13)의 하부(13a)가 상기 금속욕(12)의 표면과 함께, 상기 덕트(13) 내에 액체 금속 실(liquid metal seal)(14)을 획정하도록 상기 액체 금속욕(12)에 침지되어 있는 덕트,- 상기 금속욕(12) 내에 배치되며 상기 금속 스트립(1)을 편향시키는 롤러(15), 및- 상기 금속욕(12)을 떠날 때 코팅된 상기 금속 스트립(1)을 와이핑(wiping)하기 위한 수단(16)을 포함하고,상기 덕트(13)는, 그 하단부(13a)에서, 금속 산화물 입자 및 금속간 화합물 입자를 회수하기 위한 최소한 2개의 구획(compartment)(21, 23)을 형성하도록, 각각 상기 스트립(1)의 한쪽 면에 위치하고 상기 덕트(13) 내의 상기 금속욕(12) 표면을 향하는 최소한 2개의 내벽(20, 22)에 의해 연장되고,상기 덕트(13)는, 벨로스(bellows)로 형성된 변형 가능 부재(32)에 의해 서로 결합되어 있는 고정형 상부(fixed upper part)(30) 및 가동형 하부(movable lower part)(31), 그리고 상기 금속 스트립(1)에 대해 상기 덕트(13)의 가동형 하부(31)의 위치를 결정하기 위한 수단(35)을 구비하고,상기 위치결정 수단(35)은, 상기 액체 금속욕(12)의 표면에 대해 평행한 평행이동(translation)에 의해 상기 하부(31)를 이동시키도록, 상기 하부(31)에 연결되고 하나가 다른 하나의 위에 존재하는, 2개의 작동 부재(actuating member)(35a, 35b)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속식 딥 코팅용 설비.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 2개의 작동 부재(35a, 35b)가 또한 상기 스트립(1)을 가로지르며 상기 변형 가능 부재(32)의 영역 내에 위치하는 축을 중심으로 피벗(pivoting)시킴으로써 상기 덕트(13)의 하부(31)를 이동시키는 연속식 딥 코팅용 설비.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 변형 가능 부재는 스테인리스 강으로 만들어진 벨로스(32)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속식 딥 코팅용 설비.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 작동 부재(35a, 35b)가 유압식(hydraulic) 또는 공압식(pneumatic) 실린더에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속식 딥 코팅용 설비.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 덕트(13) 내부에서 상기 금속 스트립(1)을 안내하기 위한 수단(40)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속식 딥 코팅용 설비.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 안내 수단(40)이 상기 편향 롤러(15)와 접촉하는 측의 반대측의 상기 스트립(1)의 면에 배치되는 편향 롤러(41)로 이루어지는 연속식 딥 코팅용 설비.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 안내 수단(40)이 상기 편향 롤러(15)와 접촉하는 상기 스트립(1)의 면에 배치되는 편향 롤러(42)로 이루어지는 연속식 딥 코팅용 설비.
