Claims (3)
- (A) 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 오르가노폴리실록산 100 질량부,(B) 표면이 지방산으로 처리된 콜로이드질 탄산칼슘 50 내지 150 질량부,(C) 표면이 파라핀계 처리제로 처리된 평균 입경이 0.7 내지 2.5 ㎛인 중질 탄산칼슘 10 내지 50 질량부,(D) 규소 원자에 결합한 가수분해성기를 1분자 중에 평균 2개 이상 갖고, 상압에서의 비점이 150 ℃ 이상인 알콕시실란 화합물, 그의 부분 가수분해물 또는 이들의 혼합물 0.1 내지 20 질량부,(E) 하기 화학식 4로 표시되는 오르가녹시티탄 1 내지 15 질량부,(F) 실란 커플링제 0 내지 10 질량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지와의 접착용 실온 경화성 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물.<화학식 1>식 중, R은 메틸기 또는 에틸기이고, R1은 탄소 원자수 1 내지 10의 치환 또는 비치환의 1가 탄화수소기이며, X는 10 이상의 정수이고, Y는 탄소 원자수 1 내지 5의 알킬렌기이며, N은 독립적으로 0 또는 1의 정수이다.<화학식 4>식 중, R3은 산소 원자에 결합하는 탄소 원자가 3급인 탄소 원자수 4 내지 10의 3급 탄화수소기이고, R4는 탄소 원자수 1 내지 10의 치환 또는 비치환의 1가 탄화수소기이지만, 3급 탄소 원자를 갖지 않으며, a는 0 내지 2의 정수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, (B) 콜로이드질 탄산칼슘의 공기 투과법 비표면적이 3 ㎡/g 이상이고, (C) 중질 탄산칼슘의 공기 투과법 비표면적이 0.5 내지 2.5 ㎡/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 실온 경화성 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (G) 비반응성 실리콘 오일을 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실온 경화성 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물.
