Claims (14)
- 차량의 제어 장치에 있어서,원동기와,상기 원동기부터 차륜까지의 사이에 배치되고, 상기 원동기와 차륜 사이의 동력을 전달 및 비전달 가능한 단접 요소를 갖는 동력 전달 장치와,상기 원동기의 출력 토크를 운전자의 조작에 따른 요구 출력 토크로 제어하는 원동기 출력 토크 제어 장치를 포함하고,상기 원동기 출력 토크 제어 장치는,상기 단접 요소가 완전 체결되지 않은 반결합 상태로 운전자가 상기 원동기를 무부하 상태로부터 부하 상태로 절환하는 조작을 행한 경우, 상기 단접 요소의 체결 진행에 따라 토크 전달 특성이 급변할 때까지 상기 원동기의 출력 토크를 상기 요구 출력 토크보다도 작은 설정값으로 제한한 원동기 출력 토크로 하는 제한 토크 연산부와,상기 단접 요소의 체결 진행에 의해 반결합 상태로부터 완전결합 상태가 된 후에, 운전자의 조작에 따른 요구 출력 토크로 복귀시키는 엔진 토크 복귀 연산부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원동기 출력 토크 제한 장치는 상기 동력 전달 장치의 기어비가 로우측일수록 상기 설정값을 작은 토크값으로 하는 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원동기 출력 토크 제한 장치는 상기 원동기의 회전수가 높을수록 상기 설정값을 큰 토크값으로 하는 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원동기 출력 토크 제한 장치는 운전자가 원동기를 무부하 상태로부터 부하 상태로 절환하는 조작을 행했을 때에 있어서의 원동기의 요구 부하가 클수록 상기 설정값을 큰 토크값으로 하는 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원동기 출력 토크 제한 장치는 상기 단접 요소의 체결 진행에 따라 토크 전달 특성이 급변한 후에는 상기 설정값부터 상기 요구 출력 토크까지 설정 시간 변화 구배로 상승시키는 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 원동기 출력 토크 제한 장치는 운전자가 원동기를 무부하 상태로부터 부하 상태로 절환하는 조작을 행했을 때에 있어서의 원동기의 요구 부하가 클수록 상기 설정 시간 변화 구배를 급한 상승 구배로 하는 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 원동기 출력 토크 제한 장치는 원동기의 회전수가 높을수록 상기 설정 시간 변화 구배를 급한 상승 구배로 하는 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 원동기 출력 토크 제한 장치는 상기 동력 전달 장치의 기어비가 로우측일수록 상기 설정 시간 변화 구배를 완만한 상승 구배로 하는 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 동력 전달 장치는 자동 변속기이며,상기 단접 요소는 상기 자동 변속기에 설치된 원웨이 클러치이며,상기 단접 요소의 체결 진행에 따라 토크 전달 특성이 급변한 것을, 상기 원웨이 클러치의 결합 판정에 의해 검지하도록 구성한 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 자동 변속기가 변속 중이기 때문에 상기 동력전달장치의 반결합 상태가 발생하고, 이 변속 후에는 상기 단접 요소로서의 원웨이 클러치를 통해 동력 전달이 행해지는 것인 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 동력 전달 장치는 상기 원동기 및 자동 변속기 사이에 개재시킨 토크 컨버터이며,상기 단접 요소는 상기 토크 컨버터의 로크 업 클러치이며,상기 단접 요소의 체결 진행에 따라 토크 전달 특성이 급변한 것을, 상기 로크 업 클러치의 완전 체결 판정에 의해 검지하도록 구성한 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 로크 업 클러치의 완전 체결 판정을 토크 컨버터의 슬립 방향의 반전에 의해 행하도록 구성한 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 로크 업 클러치의 완전 체결 판정을 토크 컨버터의 토크 증폭 특성의 급변에 의해 행하도록 구성한 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 동력 전달 장치는 수동 변속기이며,상기 단접 요소는 상기 수동 변속기에 설치된 상기 마찰 클러치이며,상기 단접 요소의 체결 진행에 따라 토크 전달 특성이 급변한 것을 상기 마찰 클러치의 완전 체결 판정에 의해 검지하도록 구성한 차량의 제어 장치.
