Abstract
Description
第2の判定時間が経過したと判定した場合には、制御部6は、ステップS9の処理を実行する。第2の判定時間が経過していないと判定した場合には、制御部6は、ステップS4の処理を実行する。
第1の判定時間が経過したと判定した場合には、制御部6は、ステップS14の処理を実行する。第1の判定時間が経過していないと判定した場合には、制御部6は、ステップS11の処理を実行する。
図4は、第1の判定が成立する場合を示す。図4に示すように、時刻t1において、モータ4の目標トルクが第1のトルク以上となり第1の判定条件が成立すると、判定前トルク制限制御が実施され、トルク上限が下げられる判定前フェーズT1'に入る。

Claims (7)
- モータと、スイッチング素子を用いて前記モータに交流電力を供給するインバータと、を備える車両の制御装置であって、
前記モータのトルクが第1のトルク以上であること、かつ前記モータの回転速度が第1の回転速度以下であること、の第1の判定条件が第1の判定時間の間成立したか否かを判定する第1の判定を行ない、前記第1の判定条件が前記第1の判定時間の間成立したと判定した場合に、前記モータのトルクを制限する第1トルク制限制御を行ない、前記モータのトルクが前記第1のトルクより小さい第2のトルク以上であること、かつ前記モータの回転速度が前記第1の回転速度より高い第2の回転速度以下であること、の第2の判定条件が第2の判定時間の間成立したか否かを判定する第2の判定を行ない、前記第2の判定条件が前記第2の判定時間の間成立したと判定した場合に、前記モータのトルクを制限する第2トルク制限制御を行ない、前記第2の判定時間を前記第1の判定時間より長くする制御部を備える車両の制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記第1トルク制限制御においては、前記第2トルク制限制御よりも前記モータのトルクの制限量を大きくする請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記第1の判定の判定中は、前記第1の判定条件が前記第1の判定時間の間成立したと判定した場合の前記モータのトルクの制限量より少ない制限量で前記モータのトルクを制限する判定前トルク制限制御を行なう請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記第2トルク制限制御の前記第2の判定時間が経過するまでに、前記第1の判定条件が成立していた時間が長くなるほど、前記第2の判定条件が前記第2の判定時間の間成立したと判定した場合の前記モータのトルクの制限量を大きくする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記車両は、駆動源としてエンジンを備え、
前記制御部は、前記第1トルク制限制御及び前記第2トルク制限制御において前記モータのトルクを制限する場合には、前記エンジンを始動させて前記エンジンを駆動源として前記車両を走行させる請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記車両は、前記エンジンと駆動輪との間の動力伝達を伝達または非伝達に切替可能な動力伝達機構を備え、
前記制御部は、前記第1トルク制限制御及び前記第2トルク制限制御において前記モータのトルクを制限する場合に、前記エンジンの始動が完了するまでは完了前トルク制限量で前記モータのトルクを制限し、前記エンジンの始動完了後は前記完了前トルク制限量よりも大きな完了後トルク制限量で前記モータのトルクを制限し、前記エンジンの始動が完了するまでは前記エンジンと前記駆動輪との間の動力伝達を非伝達とし、前記エンジンの始動が完了後に前記エンジンと前記駆動輪との間の動力伝達を開始する請求項5に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記第1トルク制限制御においては、前記第1の判定条件が成立しなくなった場合には、前記第1の判定条件が成立している時間の計数を停止し、再び前記第1の判定条件が成立した場合には、前記第1の判定条件が成立している時間の計数を再開し、前記第2トルク制限制御においては、前記第2の判定条件が成立しなくなった場合には、前記第2の判定条件が成立している時間をリセットする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の車両の制御装置。
