Description
図1は、本発明に従う制御装置を搭載したハイブリッド車両の全体構成を示す概略ブロック図である。
上述のように構成されたハイブリッド車両では、動力分割機構PSDによる差動動作により、モータジェネレータMG1の回転数、エンジンENGの回転数および出力部材(リングギヤケース)155の回転数は、図3の共線図に示されるように、出力部材155に対するモータジェネレータMG1およびエンジンENGの回転数差が、一定比率を維持するように、それぞれの回転数が変化する。
図3を参照して、通常の走行時には、車速に対応して決定される出力部材155の回転数に対して、エンジン回転数が燃費の良い領域となるように、モータジェネレータMG1の回転数(以下、単にMG1回転数とも称する)が制御される。
実施の形態1の変形例では、実施の形態1によるロック脱出制御を行なっても、ロック状態が所定時間を超えて継続する場合に、ロック状態から確実に脱出するための制御について説明する。
実施の形態2では、モータジェネレータMG1のロック状態発生時に、その出力トルク(絶対値)の増大によりロック状態からの脱出を図ることが可能な制御構成について説明する。
バッテリ10の電源ラインに接続され、他方端はIGBT素子Q1とIGBT素子Q2との中間点、すなわち、IGBT素子Q1のエミッタとIGBT素子Q2のコレクタとの間に接続される。IGBT素子Q1,Q2は、電源ラインとアースラインとの間に直列に接続される。そして、IGBT素子Q1のコレクタは電源ラインに接続され、IGBT素子Q2のエミッタはアースラインに接続される。また、各IGBT素子Q1,Q2のコレクタ−エミッタ間には、エミッタ側からコレクタ側へ電流を流すダイオードD1,D2がそれぞれ接続されている。
電圧センサ11は、バッテリ10から出力される直流電圧Vbを検出し、その検出した直流電圧VbをMG−ECU35へ出力する。コンデンサC1は、バッテリ10から供給された直流電圧Vbを平滑化し、その平滑化した直流電圧Vbをコンバータ12へ供給する。
図13に示すように、本発明の実施の形態では、モータジェネレータMG1,MG2の制御、すなわち、インバータ14,22における電力変換について、3つの制御モードを切換えて使用する。
図17を図10のフローチャートと比較して、実施の形態2によるロック脱出制御では、図10のフローチャートにおいてステップS120をステップS120♯に置換した制御処理が実行される。
Claims (5)
- 燃料の燃焼によって作動するエンジンと、前記エンジンの出力軸、第1のモータジェネレータの出力軸および出力部材とそれぞれ結合された複数の回転要素を互いに相対回転可能に連結し、かつ、前記第1のモータジェネレータによる電力および動力の入出力を伴って前記エンジンからの出力の少なくとも一部を前記出力部材へ出力する動力分割機構と、前記出力部材から駆動輪までの間で動力を加える第2のモータジェネレータと、蓄電装置ならびに前記第1および前記第2のモータジェネレータと接続されて双方向の電力変換を行なう電力変換ユニットとを備えるハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記第1のモータジェネレータの回転数を検知する回転数検知手段と、
前記第1のモータジェネレータの回転数に基づき、前記第1のモータジェネレータのロック状態を検知するロック検知手段と、
前記ロック状態が検知された場合に、前記エンジンの回転数を低下させるように前記エンジンの出力トルクを低下させるエンジントルク低下手段とを備える、ハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記エンジントルク低下手段は、前記ロック状態が検知された場合に、前記第1のモータジェネレータの出力トルクが最大トルク値に達しているときには前記エンジンの回転数を低下させるように前記エンジンの出力トルクを低下させる一方で、前記第1のモータジェネレータの出力トルクが前記最大トルクに対して余裕があるときには前記第1のモータジェネレータの出力トルクを増大させる、請求項1記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記エンジントルク低下手段による前記エンジンの出力トルクの低下処理中に、前記ロック状態が所定時間を超えて継続しているかどうかを判定するロック継続時間判定手段と、
前記ロック状態が前記所定時間を超えて継続したときに、前記第1のモータジェネレータの回転数を、前記ロック状態の発生前の回転数へ向かう方向に変化させるための復帰処理手段とをさらに備える、請求項1記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記復帰処理手段は、前記エンジントルク低下手段によるエンジンの出力トルク低下処理期間中と比較して、前記エンジンの出力トルクを相対的に上昇させる処理、および、前記第1のモータジェネレータの出力トルクの絶対値を相対的に低下させる処理のうちの少なくとも一方を実行する、請求項3記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記動力分割機構は、前記エンジンの出力軸が結合されたキャリアと、前記出力部材が結合されたリングギヤと、前記第1のモータジェネレータの出力軸が結合されたサンギヤとを前記複数の回転要素として有する遊星歯車機構を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
