- 기재와, 점착제층과, 박리재를 구비한 점착 씨트에 구멍 내는 가공을 하되, 상기 기재 및 상기 점착제층에서의 구멍 지름이 0.1∼300㎛인 관통공을, 30∼50,000개/100㎠의 구멍 밀도로 형성하는 점착씨트의 제조방법으로서,상기 구멍 내는 가공은 레이저 가공이고,상기 점착제층에 적층되어 있는 상기 박리재를 상기 점착제층으로부터 박리하고, 상기 점착씨트의 점착면측으로부터 상기 점착제층에 대해 직접 레이저를 조사한 후, 상기 점착제층에 다시 한 번 상기 박리재를 적층하는 것을 특징으로 하는 점착 씨트의 제조 방법.
- 기재와, 점착제층과, 박리재를 구비한 점착 씨트에 구멍 내는 가공을 하되, 상기 기재 및 상기 점착제층에서의 구멍 지름이 0.1∼300㎛인 관통공을, 30∼50,000개/100㎠의 구멍 밀도로 형성하는 점착씨트의 제조방법으로서,상기 기재의 표면에,캐스팅법으로 제막할 때의 제막용 수지액의 지지체,종이 또는 수지 필름을 박리 처리하여 이루어지는 재료, 또는박리 가능한 보호씨트를 적층시킨 상태에서 레이저 가공을 시행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 점착씨트의 제조방법.
- 기재와, 점착제층을 구비한 점착 씨트에 구멍 내는 가공을 하되, 상기 기재 및 상기 점착제층에서의 구멍 지름이 0.1∼300㎛인 관통공을, 30∼50,000개/100㎠의 구멍 밀도로 형성하는 점착씨트의 제조방법으로서,상기 기재의 표면에,캐스팅법으로 제막할 때의 제막용 수지액의 지지체,종이 또는 수지 필름을 박리 처리하여 이루어지는 재료, 또는박리 가능한 보호씨트를 적층시킨 상태에서 레이저 가공을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 점착씨트의 제조방법.
