Description
〔粘着シート〕
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る粘着シートの断面図である。
上記実施形態に係る粘着シート1の製造方法の一例を図3(a)〜(f)を参照して説明する。
粘着シート1を被着体に貼付する際には、まず、剥離材13を粘着剤層12から剥離する。
二軸押出混練機(テクノベル社製,KZW25TWIN−30MG−STM)を用いて、ポリオレフィン系樹脂としてエチレン−メタクリル酸共重合体(三井・デュポンポリケミカル社製,NUCREL N0903HC)65質量%と、スチレン系樹脂としてスチレン−ブタジエン−スチレン共重合体(JSR社製,TR2250)30質量%と、顔料としてカーボンブラック(旭カーボン社製,SUNBLACK200)5質量%との混合物から、第1層用の混練ペレットを作製した。次いで、押出試験機(東洋精機製作所社製,ラボプラストミル30C150)を用い、上記第1層用の混練ペレットと、第2層用のポリオレフィン系アイオノマー(三井・デュポンポリケミカル社製,ハイミラン1706,亜鉛イオン架橋エチレン−アクリル酸共重合体)とから、膜厚100μm、層厚比が第1層:第2層=97:3のフィルムを作製した。得られたフィルムを粘着シートの基材とした。ここで、当該基材を構成する材料の配合および層厚比を表1に示す(以下同じ)。
層厚比を第1層:第2層=80:20にする以外、実施例1と同様にして粘着シートを作製した。
二軸押出混練機(テクノベル社製,KZW25TWIN−30MG−STM)を用いて、ポリオレフィン系アイオノマー(三井・デュポンポリケミカル社製,ハイミラン1706,亜鉛イオン架橋エチレン−アクリル酸共重合体)97質量%と、顔料としてカーボンブラック(旭カーボン社製,SUNBLACK200)3質量%との混合物から、第2層用の混練ペレットを作製した。
層厚比を第1層:第2層=80:20にする以外、実施例3と同様にして粘着シートを作製した。
層厚比を第1層:第2層=70:30にする以外、実施例1と同様にして粘着シートを作製した。
層厚比を第1層:第2層=99:1.0にする以外、実施例1と同様にして粘着シートを作製した。
押出試験機(東洋精機製作所社製,ラボプラストミル30C150)を用い、実施例1と同様にして作製した第1層用の混練ペレットから、膜厚100μmのフィルム(第2層は無し)を作製し、これを粘着シートの基材とした。得られた基材を使用する以外、実施例1と同様にして粘着シートを作製した。
保護コート用アクリル系高分子型塗工液(一方社油脂工業社製,ULS−1935LH,固形分含有量:30質量%)100質量部(固形分)に対し、ポリイソシアネート化合物架橋剤(日本ポリウレタン工業社製,コロネートHL)2.5質量部を添加して、架橋剤含有塗工液を調製した。
(1)貫通孔の形状観察
実施例および比較例で得られた粘着シートを貫通孔の部分で切断し、デジタル顕微鏡(キーエンス社製,VHX−200)を使用して、貫通孔の基材表面の直径、基材における最大直径、基材と粘着剤層との界面の直径および粘着面の直径を測定した。また、無作為に1cm2の範囲を5箇所選択し、貫通している孔の数を数え、1cm2あたりの平均貫通孔数を算出した。結果を表2に示す。
実施例および比較例で使用した基材の添加顔料について、フーリエ変換赤外分光光度計(パーキンエルマー社製,FT−IR Spectrum One)を使用したユニバーサルATR法により、使用レーザ波長領域(1087−962cm−1)における吸収ピーク(FT−IR吸収ピーク)の有無の測定を行った。結果を表2に示す。表2中、吸収のあったものを○、吸収のなかったものを×で表す。
実施例および比較例で使用した基材について、ヘイズメーター(日本電色工業製,NDH5000)を使用し、JIS K 7361:1996に準拠して全光線透過率(%)の測定を行った。結果を表2に示す。
実施例および比較例で得られた粘着シートについて、以下のようにして外観検査を行った。結果を表3に示す。
実施例および比較例で得られた粘着シートについて、以下のようにして空気溜まり消失性試験を行った。結果を表3に示す。
実施例および比較例で得られた粘着シートについて、以下のようにして空気溜まり消失性試験を行った。結果を表3に示す。
実施例および比較例で使用した基材について、JIS K7161:1994及びJIS K7127:1999に準拠し、万能試験機(島津製作所社製,オートグラフAG−IS 500N)を使用して引張り速度200mm/分にて破断応力測定を行った。なお、破断応力の測定は、基材のマシン方向(MD)およびクロスマシン方向(CD)について行った。結果を表3に示す。
実施例および比較例で得られた粘着シートについて、綿布(一方社油脂工業社製,カナキン)にイソプロピルアルコール(IPA)を浸み込ませたものを用い、荷重4.9Nにて粘着シートの基材表面を10往復して耐擦傷性試験を行った。そして、試験前後で基材表面における光沢度を測定し、その変化率を求めた。光沢度については、日本電色工業社製グロスメーター「VG2000」を使用し、JIS K 7105:1981に準拠して60°光沢度を測定した。光沢度の変化率が20%未満であるものを合格(○)、20%以上であるものを不合格(×)とした。結果を表3に示す。
実施例および比較例で得られた粘着シートを25mm×100mmの大きさに裁断し、剥離材を剥がしたものを試料とした。この試料を、精密万能試験機(島津製作所製,オートグラフAG−IS)にセットし、10%延伸(引張り速度:200mm/分)した。10%延伸時における粘着シートの外観を評価し、クラック、浮き、剥がれ等の発生がなかったものを○、クラック、浮き、剥がれ等の発生があったものを×とした。結果を表3に示す。

Claims (11)
- 基材と粘着剤層とを備え、一方の面から他方の面に貫通する貫通孔が複数形成されている粘着シートであって、
前記基材は、前記粘着剤層側に位置する第1層と、前記粘着剤層の反対側に位置する第2層とからなり、
前記第1層は、
ポリオレフィン系樹脂(A)50〜88質量%と、
前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(A)を除くスチレン系樹脂および/またはアクリル系樹脂(B)10〜48質量%と、
顔料(C)2.0〜30質量%と
を含有する樹脂組成物からなり、
前記第2層は、ポリオレフィン系アイオノマー樹脂(D)を主成分とし、
前記第1層の厚さと前記第2層の厚さの比は、80:20〜97:3.0である
ことを特徴とする粘着シート。 - 前記第2層は、前記ポリオレフィン系アイオノマー樹脂(D)97〜100質量%と、顔料(E)0〜3質量%とを含有する樹脂組成物からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着シート。
- 前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(A)は、エチレン構造を構成単位として含むエチレン系共重合体であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の粘着シート。
- 前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(A)は、エチレン−(メタ)アクリル酸共重合体であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の粘着シート。
- 前記顔料(C)は、炭酸ガスレーザの波長領域に吸収ピークを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の粘着シート。
- 前記顔料(C)は、無機顔料群から選ばれる少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の粘着シート。
- 前記顔料(C)は、カーボンブラックであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の粘着シート。
- 前記貫通孔は、熱加工により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の粘着シート。
- 前記熱加工は、レーザ熱加工であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の粘着シート。
- 前記レーザ熱加工で使用するレーザが炭酸ガスレーザであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の粘着シート。
- 前記基材の表面における前記貫通孔の孔径は、前記粘着剤層の粘着面における前記貫通孔の孔径よりも小さくなっていることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の粘着シート。
