Claims (5)
- 전압 비직선 특성을 발현하는 자기 조성물과, 상기 자기 조성물의 적어도 일부를 끼우도록 배치된 적어도 두개의 전극을 구비하고,상기 자기 조성물이, 산화아연을 주성분으로서 포함하는 제1 상과, Ca와 Si의 산화물로 이루어진 제2 상이 혼재하여 이루어진 혼상을 포함하며, 상기 자기 조성물의 절단면에서 상기 절단면에 대한 제2 상의 면적비가 0.04 이상 0.38 이하의 범위인, 배리스터.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 상이 희토류 금속의 산화물을 추가로 포함하는, 배리스터.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1 상에 포함되는 희토류 금속의 산화물이 Pr의 산화물인, 배리스터.
