도 1은 음각 플레이트를 제조하는 종래의 방법을 개략적으로 설명한다.
Claims (19)
- 음각 되지않은 플레이트가 컴퓨터로 제어되는 음각 도구에 의해 프로그램화된 음각 공정 받는, 보안 용지의 시트들을 음각 인쇄하기 위해 음각 플레이트를 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서,상기 프로그램화된 음각 공정은 상기 보안 용지 시트들 중 하나에 대해 모형 깊이-지도의 3 차원 가이드 픽셀 데이터(X,Y,Y)에 따라 상기 음각 되지 않은 플레이트를 픽셀 단위로 플레이트 픽셀에 음각하고, 상기 모형 깊이-지도는 컴퓨터에 저장된 하나 이상의 최초 깊이-지도에 의해 생성되며, 상기 최초 깊이-지도는 상기 보안 용지들 중 하나의 일부분이상에 대한 3 차원 래스터 이미지로 구성되며, 기본 음각 단계는 3 차원 가이드 픽셀 데이터의 개별 픽셀과 연관되고,상기 모형 깊이 지도는 패턴의 행과 열을 따라서 개별 최초 깊이 지도의 플레이트 상에 복수의 반복을 제공하고 플레이트의 평면에서 상기 반복에 대한 위치에 관한 정보를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 음각 플레이트를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 음각 플레이트는 음각 인쇄판인 것을 특징으로 하는 음각 플레이트를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 음각 플레이트는 음각 인쇄판의 전구체인 것을 특징으로 하는 음각 플레이트를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 음각 플레이트는 금속판인 것을 특징으로 하는 음각 플레이트를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 음각 플레이트는 폴리머층으로 구성되고 상기 폴리머층은 음각 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음각 플레이트를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 음각 플레이트는- 금속 베이스- 접착층- 폴리머 층을 구비하는 전구체 플레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 음각 플레이트를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 층은 분산된 카본 블랙 재료를 포함한 폴리이미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 음각 플레이트를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 음각 도구는 레이저 음각 기계인 것을 특징으로 하는 음각 플레이트를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 음각 도구는 엑시머 레이저 또는 YAG-레이저인 것을 특징으로 하는 음각 플레이트를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 3차원 래스터 이미지는a) 3차원 라인 패턴b) 3차원 래스터 패턴c) 평편한 영역으로 구성된 3차원 요소들d) 저부조의 3차원 스캔들 중 선택된 하나 이상의 3차원 요소 또는 이들의 조합을 처리함으로써 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음각 플레이트를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 3차원 라인 패턴들은 세그먼트의 스트링으로 형성되고, 각각의 세그먼트는 그 자체의 특정된 길이, 폭 및 깊이를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 음각 플레이트를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 3차원 래스터 패턴은 수공 음각의 라인 윤곽에 따라 래스터 패턴의 개별 픽셀에 대한 깊이를 결정하는 알고리즘에 의해 처리되는 컴퓨터에 의해 설계된 드로잉 또는 주사된 수공 드로잉으로부터 컴퓨터에 의해 생성되거나 생산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음각 플레이트를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 모형 깊이 지도는 음각 인쇄 동안 시트 왜곡을 보상하기 위한 정보에 따라 생성된 픽셀 데이터를 포함하고, 이에 따라 음각 도구를 가이드 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음각 플레이트를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 모형 깊이 지도에 의해 가이드 되는 복수의 음각 도구가 있으며, 상기 음각 도구들은 동기식(synchronous way)으로 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음각 플레이트를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 보안 용지를 포함하는 인쇄된 시트 상에 보안 용지의 행이 있는 것만큼의 음각 도구가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 음각 플레이트를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 모형 깊이 지도는 음각 공정 동안 진행 중에 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음각 플레이트를 제조하기 위한 방법.
