Claims (14)
- 양극,적어도 제 1 호스트 재료와 제 1 도펀트로 이루어진 제 1 발광층,적어도 제 2 호스트 재료와 제 2 도펀트로 이루어진 제 2 발광층,전자 주입층, 및음극을 순서대로 포함하며,상기 제 1 호스트 재료의 에너지 갭(Egh1), 상기 제 1 도펀트의 에너지 갭(Egd1), 상기 제 2 호스트 재료의 에너지 갭(Egh2) 및 상기 제 2 도펀트의 에너지 갭(Egd2)이 하기 식을 만족시키고,또한, 상기 제 1 발광층에서 유래하는 발광 스펙트럼의 발광 극대 파장의 발광 강도(I1) 및 상기 제 2 발광층에서 유래하는 발광 스펙트럼의 발광 극대 파장의 발광 강도(I2)가 하기 식을 만족시키고,또한, 상기 전자 주입층의 전자 이동도가 10-4㎝2/(V·초) 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전기발광 소자.Egh1 > Egd1Egh2 > Egd2Egd1 > Egd2Egd1 > 2.7eVI1 > 3.5×I2
- 제 1 항에 있어서,I1 > 5×I2의 관계를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,Egd2 > 2.7eV인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 발광층에서, 상기 제 1 호스트 재료에 대한 상기 제 1 도펀트의 비율이 0.1 내지 10mol%인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 발광층에서, 상기 제 2 호스트 재료에 대한 상기 제 2 도펀트의 비율이 0.1 내지 10mol%인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 호스트 재료와 상기 제 2 호스트 재료가 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 발광층의 막 두께가 10㎚ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전기발광 소자.
