Claims (6)
- 제1 트랜지스터;제2 트랜지스터;제1 전극을 포함하는 제1 발광 소자; 및제2 전극을 포함하는 제2 발광 소자를 구비하고,상기 제1 전극은 적어도 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 일부와 겹치며,상기 제2 전극은 적어도 상기 제2 트랜지스터의 일부와 겹치고,상기 제1 트랜지스터의 형상 및 위치는 상기 제2 트랜지스터의 형상 및 위치와 실질적으로 같고,상기 제1 트랜지스터는 상기 제1 전극에 전기적으로 접속되며,상기 제2 트랜지스터는 상기 제2 전극에 전기적으로 접속되지 않는 표시 장치.
- 제1 트랜지스터;제2 트랜지스터;제1 전극을 포함하는 제1 발광 소자; 및제2 전극을 포함하는 제2 발광 소자를 구비하고,상기 제1 전극은 적어도 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 일부와 겹치며,상기 제2 전극은 적어도 상기 제2 트랜지스터의 일부와 겹치고,상기 제1 트랜지스터의 형상 및 위치는 상기 제2 트랜지스터의 형상 및 위치와 실질적으로 같고,상기 제1 트랜지스터가 상기 제1 전극에 전기적으로 접속되도록, 콘택트부가 설치되고,상기 제2 트랜지스터는 상기 제2 전극에 전기적으로 접속되지 않는 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제1 트랜지스터 및 상기 제2 트랜지스터는 박막 트랜지스터인 표시 장치.
- 제1 트랜지스터 및 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 제1 전극에 접속되는 제1 전극을 포함하는 제1 발광 소자;제2 트랜지스터 및 상기 제2 트랜지스터의 제1 전극에 접속되는 제1 전극을 포함하는 제2 발광 소자를 갖는 모니터링 소자; 및전원 전압 제어기를 구비하고,상기 전원 전압 제어기의 입력 단자는, 상기 제1 및 제2 트랜지스터의 제2 전극에 각각 접속되고,상기 전원 전압 제어기의 출력 단자는, 상기 제1 및 제2 발광 소자의 제 2 전극에 접속되는 발광 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 전원 전압 제어기는 연산증폭기인 발광 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 전원 전압 제어기는 스위칭 조절기인 발광 장치.
