Claims (18)
- 발광 소자와, 그 발광 소자에 대한 전류의 공급을 제어하기 위한 트랜지스터를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 화소와,상기 화소에 전류를 공급하기 위한 적어도 하나의 전원선을 포함하고,상기 트랜지스터의 스위칭이 비디오 신호에 의해 제어되며,상기 발광 소자의 칼라에 대응하는 전원 전위가 상기 비디오 신호의 두 값의 전위 중 한쪽의 전위 및 상기 전원선의 전위로서 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 발광 소자와, 그 발광 소자에 대한 전류의 공급을 제어하기 위한 트랜지스터를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 화소와,상기 화소에 전류를 공급하기 위한 적어도 하나의 전원선과,상기 트랜지스터의 스위칭을 제어하기 위한 비디오 신호를 상기 화소에 공급하는 소스선 구동 회로를 포함하고,상기 소스선 구동 회로에 인가되는, 상기 발광 소자의 칼라에 대응하는 전원 전위에 따라 상기 비디오 신호의 두 값의 전위 중 한쪽의 전위가 결정되고,상기 전원 전위가 상기 전원선에 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 발광 소자와, 그 발광 소자에 대한 전류의 공급을 제어하기 위한 p채널형 트랜지스터를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 화소와,상기 화소에 전류를 공급하기 위한 적어도 하나의 전원선을 포함하고,상기 p채널형 트랜지스터의 스위칭이 비디오 신호에 의해 제어되며,상기 발광 소자의 칼라에 대응하는 전원 전위가 상기 비디오 신호의 두 값의 전위 중 높은 쪽의 전위 및 상기 전원선의 전위로서 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 발광 소자와, 그 발광 소자에 대한 전류의 공급을 제어하기 위한 p채널형 트랜지스터를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 화소와,상기 화소에 전류를 공급하기 위한 적어도 하나의 전원선과,상기 p채널형 트랜지스터의 스위칭을 제어하기 위한 비디오 신호를 상기 화소에 공급하는 소스선 구동 회로를 포함하고,상기 소스선 구동 회로에 인가되는, 상기 발광 소자의 칼라에 대응하는 전원 전위에 따라 상기 비디오 신호의 두 값의 전위 중 높은 쪽의 전위가 결정되고,상기 전원 전위가 상기 전원선에 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 발광 소자와, 그 발광 소자에 대한 전류의 공급을 제어하기 위한 n채널형 트랜지스터를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 화소와,상기 화소에 전류를 공급하기 위한 적어도 하나의 전원선을 포함하고,상기 n채널형 트랜지스터의 스위칭이 비디오 신호에 의해 제어되며,상기 발광 소자의 칼라에 대응하는 전원 전위가 상기 비디오 신호의 두 값의 전위 중 낮은 쪽의 전위 및 상기 전원선의 전위로서 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 발광 소자와, 그 발광 소자에 대한 전류의 공급을 제어하기 위한 n채널형 트랜지스터를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 화소와,상기 화소에 전류를 공급하기 위한 적어도 하나의 전원선과,상기 n채널형 트랜지스터의 스위칭을 제어하기 위한 비디오 신호를 상기 화소에 공급하는 소스선 구동 회로를 포함하고,상기 소스선 구동 회로에 인가되는, 상기 발광 소자의 칼라에 대응하는 전원 전위에 따라 상기 비디오 신호의 두 값의 전위 중 낮은 쪽의 전위가 결정되고,상기 전원 전위가 상기 전원선에 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 소스선 구동 회로와,소스선 및 전원선을 포함하는 화소부를 포함하고,상기 소스선 구동 회로의 후단을 상기 소스선에 전기 접속하고,상기 후단과 상기 전원선 모두에 전원을 전기 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 소스선 구동 회로와,제 1 소스선 및 제 1 전원선을 포함하는 제 1 화소와,제 2 소스선 및 제 2 전원선을 포함하는 제 2 화소를 포함하고,상기 소스선 구동 회로의 후단을 상기 제 1 및 제 2 소스선에 전기 접속하고,상기 후단과 상기 제 1 전원선 모두에 제 1 전원을 전기 접속하고,상기 후단과 상기 제 2 전원선 모두에 제 2 전원을 전기 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 전원의 전위가 상기 제 2 전원의 전위와 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 소스선 구동 회로와,소스선 및 전원선을 포함하는 화소부를 포함하고,상기 소스선 구동 회로의 후단을 상기 소스선에 전기 접속하고,상기 소스선 구동 회로와 상기 전원선 모두에 상기 소스선으로 출력되는 전위를 고정하기 위한 전원을 전기 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 소스선 구동 회로와,제 1 소스선 및 제 1 전원선을 포함하는 제 1 화소와,제 2 소스선 및 제 2 전원선을 포함하는 제 2 화소를 포함하고,상기 제 1 및 제 2 소스선을 상기 소스선 구동 회로에 전기 접속하고,상기 소스선 구동 회로와 상기 제 1 전원선 모두에 상기 제 1 소스선으로 출력되는 전위를 고정하기 위한 제 1 전원을 전기 접속하고,상기 소스선 구동 회로와 상기 제 2 전원선 모두에 상기 제 2 소스선으로 출력되는 전위를 고정하기 위한 제 2 전원을 전기 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 전원의 전위가 상기 제 2 전원의 전위와 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 레벨 시프터와,소스선 및 전원선을 포함하는 화소부를 포함하고,상기 소스선을 상기 레벨 시프터에 전기 접속하고,상기 레벨 시프터용의 전원을 상기 전원선의 전원으로 겸용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 레벨 시프터와,제 1 소스선 및 제 1 전원선을 포함하는 제 1 화소,제 2 소스선 및 제 2 전원선을 포함하는 제 2 화소를 포함하고,상기 제 1 및 제 2 소스선을 상기 레벨 시프터에 전기 접속하고,상기 레벨 시프터용의 제 1 전원을 상기 제 1 전원선의 전원으로 겸용하고,상기 레벨 시프터용의 제 2 전원을 상기 제 2 전원선의 전원으로 겸용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 전원의 전위가 상기 제 2 전원의 전위와 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 증폭기와,소스선 및 전원선을 포함하는 화소부를 포함하고,상기 소스선을 상기 증폭기에 전기 접속하고,상기 증폭기용의 전원을 상기 전원선의 전원으로 겸용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 증폭기와,제 1 소스선 및 제 1 전원선을 포함하는 제 1 화소,제 2 소스선 및 제 2 전원선을 포함하는 제 2 화소를 포함하고,상기 제 1 및 제 2 소스선을 상기 증폭기에 전기 접속하고,상기 증폭기용의 제 1 전원을 상기 제 1 전원선의 전원으로 겸용하고,상기 증폭기용의 제 2 전원을 상기 제 2 전원선의 전원으로 겸용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 전원의 전위가 상기 제 2 전원의 전위와 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
