Abstract
Description
본 실시형태에서는, 공통의 전원 전위가 RGB의 대응하는 각 색별로 비디오 신호의 Hi 전위와 전원선의 전위를 제공하는 발광장치의 구성에 대해 설명한다.
Claims (18)
- 화소에 발광소자가 구비되어 있는 화소부로서,소스선,전원선,게이트선,제1 게이트 전극과 제1 소스 영역과 제1 드레인 영역을 가진 제1 TFT, 및제2 게이트 전극과 제2 소스 영역과 제2 드레인 영역을 가진 제2 TFT를 포함하는 화소부;상기 게이트선에 접속된 게이트선 구동회로; 및상기 소스선에 접속된 소스선 구동회로를 포함하고,상기 제1 게이트 전극은 상기 게이트선에 접속되어 있고, 상기 제1 소스 영역과 상기 제1 드레인 영역 중 한쪽 영역은 상기 소스선에 접속되어 있고,상기 제1 소스 영역과 상기 제1 드레인 영역 중 다른 한쪽 영역은 상기 제2 게이트 전극에 접속되어 있고, 상기 제2 소스 영역과 상기 제2 드레인 영역 중 한쪽 영역은 상기 전원선에 접속되어 있고,상기 제2 소스 영역과 상기 제2 드레인 영역 중 다른 한쪽 영역은 상기 발광소자에 접속되어 있고,상기 전원선의 전위는 상기 제2 TFT가 오프(OFF)로 된 때, 소스 신호의 높은 쪽 전위와 낮은 쪽 전위 중 어느 한쪽의 전위와 동일한, 액티브 매트릭스형 발광장치.
- 화소에 발광소자가 구비되어 있는 화소부로서,소스선,전원선,게이트선,제1 게이트 전극과 제1 소스 영역과 제1 드레인 영역을 가진 제1 TFT, 및제2 게이트 전극과 제2 소스 영역과 제2 드레인 영역을 가진 제2 TFT를 포함하는 화소부를 포함하고,상기 제1 게이트 전극은 상기 게이트선에 접속되어 있고,상기 제1 소스 영역과 상기 제1 드레인 영역 중 한쪽 영역은 상기 소스선에 접속되어 있고,상기 제1 소스 영역과 상기 제1 드레인 영역 중 다른 한쪽 영역은 상기 제2 게이트 전극에 접속되어 있고,상기 제2 소스 영역과 상기 제2 드레인 영역 중 한쪽 영역은 상기 전원선에 접속되어 있고,상기 제2 소스 영역과 상기 제2 드레인 영역 중 다른 한쪽 영역은 상기 발광소자에 접속되어 있고,상기 전원선의 전위는 상기 제2 TFT가 오프로 된 때, 소스 신호의 높은 쪽 전위와 낮은 쪽 전위 중 어느 한쪽의 전위와 동일한, 액티브 매트릭스형 발광장치.

- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 발광소자는 유기 발광 다이오드와 MIM형 전자원 소자로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 소자인, 액티브 매트릭스형 발광장치.
