Claims (9)
- 리튬 이온과 음이온(anion) 중 적어도 어느 한쪽을 가역적으로 도핑 가능한 물질로 이루어지는 양극과, 리튬 이온을 가역적으로 도핑 가능한 물질로 이루어지는 음극을 포함하고 있고, 전해질로서 리튬염을 포함하는 비프로톤성 유기 용매를 포함한 리튬 이온 커패시터로서, 상기 양극 및 음극은 세퍼레이터를 통하여 적층 또는 권취하고 있으며, 양극의 면적이 음극의 면적보다 작고, 또한 적층 또는 권취된 상태에 있어서 양극면이 음극면에 포함되고,양극과 음극을 단락시킨 후의 양극 전위가 2.0V(vs.Li/Li+) 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 커패시터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 양극의 면적은 음극의 면적의 80% 이상 100% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 커패시터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양극 또는 음극 중 적어도 어느 하나는, 각각 표리면을 관통하는 구멍을 갖는 집전체를 포함하고 있고, 양극과 음극 중 적어도 어느 한쪽과 리튬 이온 공급원과의 전기 화학적 접촉에 의해서 리튬 이온이 양극과 음극 중 적어도 어느 한쪽에 도핑되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 커패시터.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 집전체의 기공율은 5% 내지 79%인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 커패시터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 양극과 음극을 단락시킨 후의 양극 전위가 1.0V(vs.Li/Li+) 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 커패시터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 음극은 리튬 이온을 가역적으로 도핑 가능한 음극 활물질로 이루어지고, 양극은 리튬 이온과 음이온 중 적어도 어느 한쪽을 가역적으로 도핑 가능한 양극 활물질로 이루어지며, 음극 활물질은 양극 활물질에 비해 단위 중량당 정전 용량이 3배 이상이고, 양극 활물질은 음극 활물질의 중량보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 커패시터.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 음극 활물질은 흑연, 난흑연화탄소, 또는 방향족계 축합 폴리머의 열처리물이고, 또한 수소원자/탄소원자의 원자수비는 0.50 내지 0.05인 폴리아센계 골격 구조를 갖는 폴리아센계 유기 반도체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 커패시터.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 음극 활물질은, 세공 직경이 3 nm 이상 및 세공 용적이 0.10 mL/g 이상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 커패시터.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 양극 활물질은 활성탄, 도전성 고분자, 또는 방향족계 축합 폴리머의 열처리물로서, 수소원자/탄소원자의 원자수비는 0.05 내지 0.50인 폴리아센계 골격 구조를 갖는 폴리아센계 유기 반도체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 커패시터.
