Claims (9)
- 이산화티탄 수화물을 알칼리 금속의 수산화물 및 알칼리토류 금속의 수산화물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 염기성 화합물로 처리하는 공정 (1), 및 공정 (1)에 의해 얻어진 화합물의 현탁액 중에 TiO2 100 몰%에 대하여 0.25 내지 1.5 몰%의 카르복실산기 함유 화합물을 첨가하고, 가열하고, 무기산을 첨가하고, 액온을 유지하면서 교반함으로써 카르복실산기 함유 화합물 및 무기산으로 처리하는 공정 (2)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 루틸형 미립자 산화티탄의 제조 방법.
- 이산화티탄 수화물을 알칼리 금속의 수산화물 및 알칼리토류 금속의 수산화물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 염기성 화합물로 처리하는 공정 (1), 및 공정 (1)에 의해 얻어진 화합물의 현탁액을 가열하고, 상기 현탁액 중에 무기산을 첨가하고, 그 후 TiO2 100 몰%에 대하여 1.6 내지 4.0 몰%의 카르복실산기 함유 화합물을 첨가하고, 액온을 유지하면서 교반함으로써 카르복실산기 함유 화합물 및 무기산으로 처리하는 공정 (2)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 루틸형 미립자 산화티탄의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 루틸형 미립자 산화티탄 입자는 평균 일차 입자경이 5 내지 15㎚인 루틸형 미립자 산화티탄의 제조 방법.
- 표면에 고밀도 실리카 피복층을 갖고, 추가로 상기 고밀도 실리카 피복층 상에 유기 규소 화합물 피복층을 갖는 루틸형 미립자 산화티탄이며, 상기 유기 규소 화합물 피복층은 적어도 일부가 분지형의 유기 규소 화합물인 루틸형 미립자 산화티탄.
- 제4항의 루틸형 미립자 산화티탄을 포함하는 화장료.
