Claims (12)
- 50℃ 를 초과하는 유리 전이 온도 및 40℃ 이하의 최저 막 형성 온도를 갖는 수분산성 우레탄 수지 (A), 메틸올화 페놀 및 그 축합물, 카르보디이미드 수지, 에폭시계 수지, 실란커플링제, 유기 포스폰산류 및 그 부분적 알칼리 금속염 또는 암모늄염 또는 탄소수 1 ∼ 4 인 알칸올과의 부분적인 에스테르, 유기 포스핀산류, 폴리올의 인산에스테르, 아민 화합물, 이소시아네이트 화합물, 알데히드 화합물, 카르복실산, 아미노 수지, 그리고 이소시아나토기에 중아황산 알칼리 금속염을 부가시킴으로써 이소시아나토기를 보호한 우레탄프리폴리머에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 유기 화합물 (B), 및 지르코늄 화합물 (C) 을 물에 배합하여 이루어지는 금속 재료용 수계 표면 처리제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,우레탄 수지 (A) 의 산가(酸價)가 15 ∼ 40 의 범위이고, 또한 그 수지의 피막 물성으로서, 항장력이 40 ∼ 90N/㎟ 이고, 또한 신도가 50 ∼ 500% 인 수계 표면 처리제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,유기 화합물 (B) 이 메틸올화 페놀 및 그 축합물 그리고 카르보디이미드 수지에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종인 수계 표면 처리제.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,유기 화합물 (B) 로서의 유기 포스폰산류 또는 그 부분적 알칼리 금속염 또는 암모늄염 또는 탄소수 1 ∼ 4 인 알칸올과의 부분적인 에스테르, 유기 포스핀산류, 또는 폴리올의 인산에스테르를 추가로 배합한 수계 표면 처리제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,유기 화합물 (B) 이 에폭시계 수지로서, 에폭시계 수지가 비스페놀 A 또는 F 를 골격 중의 단위로서 갖는 에폭시 수지, 또는 이러한 에폭시 수지의 글리시딜기의 일부 또는 전부가 실란 변성 또는 인산류의 변성된 에폭시 수지인 수계 표면 처리제.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,유기 화합물 (B) 로서의 유기 포스폰산류 또는 그 부분적 알칼리 금속염 또는 암모늄염 또는 탄소수 1 ∼ 4 인 알칸올과의 부분적인 에스테르, 유기 포스핀산류, 또는 폴리올의 인산에스테르를 추가로 배합한 수계 표면 처리제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,유기 화합물 (B) 이 실란커플링제인 수계 표면 처리제.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,유기 화합물 (B) 로서의 유기 포스폰산류 또는 그 부분적 알칼리 금속염 또는 암모늄염 또는 탄소수 1 ∼ 4 인 알칸올과의 부분적인 에스테르, 유기 포스핀산류, 또는 폴리올의 인산에스테르를 추가로 배합한 수계 표면 처리제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,유기 화합물 (B) 이 유기 포스폰산류 또는 그 부분적 알칼리 금속염 또는 암모늄염 또는 탄소수 1 ∼ 4 인 알칸올과의 부분적인 에스테르, 유기 포스핀산류, 또는 폴리올의 인산에스테르인 수계 표면 처리제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,우레탄 수지 (A) 와 유기 화합물 (B) 의 배합비 (A)/(B) 가 고형분 질량비로서 1000/1 ∼ 10/1 의 범위이고, 우레탄 수지 (A) 와 지르코늄 화합물 (C) 의 배합비가 [우레탄 수지 (A) 의 고형분] / [Zr 원자] 의 질량비로서 1000/1 ∼ 10/1 의 범위인 수계 표면 처리제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 수계 표면 처리제를 금속 재료 표면의 적어도 편면에 도포하여 건조시키고, 건조 피막 질량으로서 0.5 ∼ 3g/㎡ 의 피막을 형성시킨 표면 피복 금속 재료.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,금속 재료가 알루미늄재, 알루미늄 합금재 또는 알루미늄-아연계 합금 도금 강판인 표면 피복 금속 재료.
