Claims (9)
- 양극박과 음극박을, 화학 섬유와 천연 섬유로 이루어지거나 혼합 섬유로 이루어지는 세퍼레이터를 개재하여 권회하는 권회 공정과,효소에 의해 상기 천연 섬유를 분해·제거하는 분해·제거 공정과,상기 분해·제거 공정후에, 상기 양극박과 상기 음극박의 사이에 고체 고분자로 이루어지는 전해질층을 형성하는 형성 공정을 포함하고,상기 천연 섬유는, 고해 처리가 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해 콘덴서의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 양극박에 화성 처리를 가하는 화성 처리 공정을 더 포함하고,상기 분해·제거 공정은, 상기 화성 처리 공정전에 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해 콘덴서의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 혼합 섬유는, 상기 천연 섬유를 주체로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해 콘덴서의 제조 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 천연 섬유는, 식물 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해 콘덴서의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 화학 섬유는, 합성 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해 콘덴서의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 효소는, 셀룰로오스(cellulose) 분해 효소 및 헤미셀룰로오스(hemicellulose) 분해 효소로부터 선택되는 1종류 이상의 효소로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해 콘덴서의 제조 방법.
