Claims (7)
- 誘電体被膜が表面に形成された陽極部材と陰極部材とがセパレータを介して巻回された巻回体と、
前記巻回体の内部に含浸された導電性高分子を含む固体電解質層と、
前記巻回体の外周面の少なくとも一部及び前記巻回体の内部に形成された液状樹脂の硬化物からなる樹脂層と、
前記巻回体の内部に含浸され、前記誘電体被膜、前記固体電解質層及び前記樹脂層に接触した非水溶媒と
を備える、電解コンデンサ。 - 前記巻回体の外周面の一部である巻回端面に、前記樹脂層が形成されていない領域を有する、請求項1に記載の電解コンデンサ。
- 前記樹脂層は多孔質である、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電解コンデンサ。
- 誘電体被膜が表面に形成された陽極部材と陰極部材とをセパレータを介して巻回することにより、巻回体を形成する工程と、
前記巻回体に導電性高分子が分散した分散液又は導電性高分子が溶解した溶液を含浸させることにより、前記巻回体の内部に固体電解質層を形成する工程と、
前記固体電解質層の形成後、前記巻回体に液状樹脂を含浸させた後、前記液状樹脂を硬化させることにより、前記巻回体の外周面の少なくとも一部及び前記巻回体の内部に樹脂層を形成する工程と、
前記樹脂層の形成後、前記巻回体に非水溶媒を含浸させ、前記誘電体層被膜及び前記固体電解質層と、前記非水溶媒とを接触させる非水溶媒含浸工程と
を有する、電解コンデンサの製造方法。 - 前記樹脂層を形成する工程において、前記巻回体の内部に、前記巻回体の外周面の一部である巻回端面を通じて外部につながる隙間を残して前記樹脂層を形成する、請求項4記載の電解コンデンサの製造方法。
- 前記樹脂層を形成する工程において、前記巻回体の内部の少なくとも一部の領域において、前記樹脂層を構成する樹脂の一部が、前記陽極部材と前記陰極部材との間に介在している、請求項4又は5に記載の電解コンデンサの製造方法。
- 前記樹脂層を形成する工程において、多孔質の樹脂層を形成する、請求項4乃至6の何れか1つに記載の電解コンデンサの製造方法。
