Claims (56)
- 신호 발생기, 복수의 안테나, 및 프로세서를 포함하는 MIMO-OFDM 송신기로서,상기 송신기는 헤더 OFDM 심볼의 서브-캐리어들이 복수의 안테나 각각에 대한 서브-캐리어들의 불연속한 세트로 분할된 헤더 심볼 포맷 - 각각의 안테나는 상기 헤더 OFDM 심볼을 서브-캐리어들의 각각의 세트 상에만 송신함 - 을 송신하도록 구성되고,상기 헤더 OFDM 심볼은 상기 복수의 안테나 각각에 대해 전용 파일럿 채널 서브-캐리어들 상의 주파수 다중화된 전용 파일럿 채널 및 공통 동기화 채널 서브-캐리어들상의 공통 동기화 채널을 포함하며,상기 공통 동기화 채널은, 하나의 송신기의 각각의 송신 안테나에 대해서는 상이하지만, 통신 네트워크 내의 각각의 송신기의 개별적인 송신 안테나들에 대해서는 공통인 복소 시퀀스를 송신하는데 사용되는 MIMO-OFDM 송신기.
- 제1항에 있어서,N개의 안테나가 존재하고, N개의 서브-캐리어로 분리된 상이한 서브-캐리어들의 세트가 상기 복수의 안테나 각각에 할당되는 MIMO-OFDM 송신기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 헤더 OFDM 심볼은 상기 복수의 안테나 각각에 대해 다중화된 브로드캐스팅 서브-캐리어들을 더 포함하는 MIMO-OFDM 송신기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 헤더 심볼 포맷을 갖는 2개의 동일한 OFDM 심볼에 선행하는, 프리픽스(prefix)를 갖는 프리앰블(preamble)을 송신하는 MIMO-OFDM 송신기.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 프리픽스는 상기 2개의 동일한 OFDM 심볼의 주기적 연장(cyclic extension)인 MIMO-OFDM 송신기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전용 파일럿 채널 서브-캐리어들은 유효 BTS 식별을 가능하게 하는, BTS 특정으로 매핑된 복소 시퀀스를 갖는 MIMO-OFDM 송신기.

- 제1항에 있어서,N개의 송신 안테나 각각에 대하여, 상기 헤더 OFDM 심볼 중에, 전용 파일럿 채널 서브-캐리어들이 송신되며, 공통 동기화 채널 서브 캐리어들이 송신되고 브로드캐스팅 채널 서브-캐리어들이 송신되는 MIMO-OFDM 송신기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 헤더 OFDM 심볼의 서브-캐리어들은, 미리 정해진 순서로 배치된, N개의 송신 안테나 각각에 대한 전용 파일럿 채널 서브-캐리어들 및 N개의 송신 안테나 각각에 대한 공통 동기화 채널 서브-캐리어들의 반복하는 시퀀스로서 조직되어 있는 MIMO-OFDM 송신기.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 헤더 OFDM 심볼의 서브-캐리어들은, 미리 정해진 순서로 배치된, N개의 송신 안테나 각각에 대한 적어도 하나의 전용 파일럿 채널 서브-캐리어, N개의 송신 안테나 각각에 대한 적어도 하나의 공통 동기화 채널 서브-캐리어 및 적어도 하나의 브로드캐스트 채널 서브-캐리어의 반복하는 시퀀스로서 조직되어 있는 MIMO-OFDM 송신기.
- 복수의 수신 안테나, 및 프로세서를 포함하는 MIMO-OFDM 수신기로서,상기 수신기는 헤더 OFDM 심볼의 서브-캐리어들이 복수의 송신 안테나 각각에 대한 서브-캐리어들의 불연속한 세트로 분할된 헤더 심볼 포맷 - 각각의 안테나는 상기 헤더 OFDM 심볼을 서브-캐리어들의 각각의 세트 상에만 송신함 - 을 수신하도록 구성되고,상기 헤더 OFDM 심볼은 상기 복수의 송신 안테나 각각에 대해 주파수 다중화된 전용 파일럿 채널 서브-캐리어들 및 공통 동기화 채널 서브-캐리어들을 포함하며,상기 공통 동기화 채널은, 하나의 송신기의 각각의 송신 안테나에 대해서는 상이하지만, 통신 네트워크 내의 각각의 송신기의 개별적인 송신 안테나들에 대해서는 공통인 복소 시퀀스를 송신하는데 사용되는 MIMO-OFDM 수신기.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 복수의 송신 안테나의 각각에 할당된 N개의 서브-캐리어들에 의해 분리된 서브-캐리어들의 상이한 세트를 갖는 N개의 송신 안테나로부터 수신하는 MIMO-OFDM 수신기.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 헤더 OFDM 심볼은 상기 복수의 송신 안테나 각각에 대해, 다중화된 브로드캐스팅 캐리어들을 더 포함하는 MIMO-OFDM 수신기.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 헤더 심볼 포맷을 갖는 2개의 동일한 OFDM 심볼에 선행하는, 프리픽스를 갖는 프리앰블을 수신하는 MIMO-OFDM 수신기.
