Claims (7)
- 수지 성분을 유기 용매에 용해시킨 액정 배향 처리제로서, 그 수지 성분이, 일반식 [I](식 중, R1 은 테트라카르복시산을 구성하는 4 가의 유기기이고, R2 는 디아민을 구성하는 2 가의 유기기이고, n 은 양의 정수를 나타낸다)로 표시되는 반복 단위를 갖고, 중량평균 분자량 {Mw} 이 2000∼500000 인 폴리이미드 전구체 또는 그 폴리이미드 전구체를 탈수폐환시킨 폴리이미드와, 일반식 [Ⅱ](식 중, R3 은 수소 원자, 메틸기 또는 할로겐 원자이고, R4 는 탄소수 8 이상의 알킬기이고, k 는 양의 정수를 나타낸다)로 표시되는 반복 단위를 갖고, 중량평균 분자량 {Mw} 이 1000∼1000000 인 아크릴 폴리머를 함유하고, 일반식 [Ⅱ] 로 표시되는 반복 단위를 갖는 아크릴 폴리머가 전체 수지 성분의 0.01∼30중량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 배향 처리용 액정 배향 처리제.
- 수지 성분을 유기 용매에 용해시킨 액정 배향 처리제로서, 그 수지 성분으로서, 일반식 [I](식 중, R1 은 테트라카르복시산을 구성하는 4 가의 유기기이고, R2 는 디아민을 구성하는 2 가의 유기기이고, n 은 양의 정수를 나타낸다)로 표시되는 반복 단위를 갖고, 중량평균 분자량 {Mw} 이 2000∼500000 인 폴리이미드 전구체 또는 그 폴리이미드 전구체를 탈수폐환시킨 폴리이미드와, 일반식 [Ⅲ](식 중, R3, R5 는 독립적으로 수소 원자, 메틸기 또는 할로겐 원자이고, R4 는 탄소수 8 이상의 알킬기이고, R6 은 에폭시기를 갖는 유기기이고, k, j 는 양의 정수를 나타낸다)으로 표시되는 반복 단위를 갖고, 중량평균 분자량 {Mw} 이 1000∼1000000 인 아크릴 폴리머를 함유하고, 일반식 [Ⅲ] 으로 표시되는 반복 단위를 갖는 아크릴 폴리머가 전체 수지 성분의 0.01∼30중량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 배향 처리용 액정 배향 처리제.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 일반식 [I] 에 있어서, R2 의 적어도 1몰% 이상이, 탄소수 6 이상의 알킬기를 측쇄에 갖는 2 가의 유기기인 광 배향 처리용 액정 배향 처리제.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 일반식 [I] 에 있어서, R1 이 지환 구조를 갖는 4 가의 유기기인 광 배향 처리용 액정 배향 처리제.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 일반식 [I] 에 있어서, R1 이 시클로부탄 고리인 광 배향 처리용 액정 배향 처리제.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 액정 배향 처리제를 기판에 제막한 후, 그 막에 자외선을 조사하여 광 배향 처리된 액정 배향막.
- 제 6 항에 기재된 액정 배향막을 사용한 액정 표시 소자.
