Claims (5)
- 내치기어와, 이 내치기어에 요동 회전하면서 내접맞물림하는 외치기어와, 이 외치기어에 상기 요동 회전을 행하게 하는 편심체와, 이 편심체를 가지는 편심체축과, 상기 외치기어의 축방향 양측에 배치되어, 상기 편심체축을 회전 가능하게 지지하는 한 쌍의 캐리어를 구비한 요동내접맞물림 유성기어장치에 있어서,상기 편심체축이 니들 베어링으로 상기 캐리어에 지지되고,이 편심체축에 단차부가 형성되고, 또한,이 단차부와 상기 한 쌍의 캐리어 사이에 편심체축의 축방향 이동을 규제하는 스러스트 받이 수단이 각각 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 요동내접맞물림 유성기어장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 스러스트 받이 수단이, 와셔인 것을 특징으로 하는 요동내접맞물림 유성기어장치.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 스러스트 받이 수단이, 상기 한 쌍의 캐리어 및 상기 단차부 중 어느 쪽과도 상대회전 가능하게 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 요동내접맞물림 유성기어장치.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 편심체축의 단부(端部)에, 상기 편심체축을 가공하기 위한 치구(治具)를 장착하는 치구 장착부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 요동내접맞물림 유성기어장치.
- 요동내접맞물림 유성기어장치의 편심체축의 제조방법에 있어서,청구항 4에 기재된 편심체축에 대하여,상기 치구 장착부에 치구를 장착함과 함께,상기 편심체축의 편심체 및 비(非)편심체부의 쌍방을, 동일한 척킹으로 동일한 캠용 연마반(硏磨盤)을 이용하여 가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 요동내접맞물림 유성기어장치의 편심체축의 제조방법.
