Claims (6)
- 出力部材と固定部材との間に介在される主軸受と、内歯歯車と、該内歯歯車に内接噛合する外歯歯車と、を備えた減速装置において、
前記主軸受の転動体として、前記出力部材の軸線に対して傾斜した回転軸を有する複数の円筒ころよりなる一対の円筒ころ列と、
前記円筒ころの転走面を提供する内輪及び外輪と、を備え、
該内輪及び外輪には前記円筒ころの軸方向の移動を拘束する鍔部がなく、リテーナによって該円筒ころの軸方向の移動が拘束され、
前記リテーナは、前記外歯歯車に接触して軸方向の移動が拘束されている
ことを特徴とする減速装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記主軸受は、軸方向に離れて配置された第1主軸受および第2主軸受を有し、該第1主軸受と第2主軸受との間に前記外歯歯車が配置される
ことを特徴とする減速装置。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記内輪及び外輪の対向する面は、その軸方向全長が前記円筒ころと接触して前記転走面を構成し、前記内輪及び外輪の転走面の軸方向長さが、前記円筒ころの軸方向長さ以下である
ことを特徴とする減速装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれかにおいて、
前記内輪及び外輪の少なくとも一方の円周方向と直角の断面が、直角2等辺3角形である
ことを特徴とする減速装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれかにおいて、
前記減速装置は、ケーシングと、該ケーシングに組み込まれた外ピンによって構成された前記内歯歯車と、前記外歯歯車を偏心揺動させる偏心体軸と、を備え、前記主軸受は、前記ケーシングとフランジ体との間に介在されている
ことを特徴とする減速装置。 - 請求項5において、
前記外輪によって、前記外ピン及び外歯歯車の軸方向移動が規制されている
ことを特徴とする減速装置。
