Description
図1は、歯車伝動装置100の断面図を示す。歯車伝動装置100は、外歯歯車22が内歯歯車24と噛み合いながら偏心回転するタイプの減速装置である。歯車伝動装置100では、外歯歯車22の歯数と内歯歯車24の歯数差を利用し、キャリア10を回転させる。歯車伝動装置100は、上記した歯数差を利用し、クランクシャフト16に伝達されたトルクを増大して(回転を減速して)、キャリア10から出力する。なお、キャリア10は、歯車伝動装置100の出力軸に相当する。軸線30は、キャリア10の回転軸線に相当する。軸線30は、歯車伝動装置100の軸線にも相当する。さらに、軸線30は、後述する円錐ころ軸受2の軸受中心軸にも相当する。
図7,8を参照し、第2実施例の歯車伝動装置について説明する。本実施例の歯車伝動装置は、リテーナの形状が歯車伝動装置100と異なるだけである。具体的には、本実施例のリテーナ144は、ケース接触面に形成されている外周溝とキャリア接触面に形成されている端面溝との位置関係がリテーナ44と異なる。リテーナ144とリテーナ44で共通する特徴は、同一の番号を付すことにより、説明を省略することがある。
図9,10を参照し、第3実施例の歯車伝動装置について説明する。本実施例の歯車伝動装置は、リテーナの形状が歯車伝動装置100と異なるだけである。具体的には、本実施例のリテーナ244は、ケース接触面に形成されている外周溝の形状とキャリア接触面に形成されている端面溝の形状がリテーナ44と異なる。リテーナ244とリテーナ44で共通する特徴は、同一又は下二桁が同じ番号を付すことにより、説明を省略することがある。
図11を参照し、歯車伝動装置300について説明する。歯車伝動装置300は歯車伝動装置100の変形例であり、歯車伝動装置100と同じ部品には、同じ符号又は下二桁が同じ符号を付すことにより説明を省略することがある。

Claims (3)
- キャリアが円錐ころ軸受を介してケースに支持されている歯車伝動装置であり、
前記円錐ころ軸受は、
キャリアに取り付けられているインナーレースと、
ケースに取り付けられているアウターレースと、
インナーレースとアウターレースの間に配置されている複数の円錐ころと、
インナーレースとアウターレースの間に配置されており、隣接する円錐ころの間隔を維持するリング状のリテーナと、を備えており、
円錐ころの小径部が大径部よりも軸受中心軸側に位置しており、
インナーレースの外周面及びアウターレースの内周面には、円錐ころが軸受中心軸から離れる方向に移動することを規制するリブが設けられておらず、
リテーナは、キャリア及びケースよりも剛性が低い材料で形成されており、直径の大きい方の端部に、軸受中心軸方向でキャリアに接触するキャリア接触面が設けられているとともに、軸受中心軸に直交する方向でケースに接触するケース接触面が設けられていることを特徴とする歯車伝動装置。 - 前記キャリア接触面と前記ケース接触面の少なくとも一方に溝が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歯車伝動装置。
- リテーナの材料が樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の歯車伝動装置。
