Description
このようにすると、鋼板製の保持器に比して、柱部の摩擦係数が小さくなり、柱部の摩耗に対して有利となる。また、鋼板製の保持器に比して、樹脂製の保持器は、柔らかいため、柱部が摩耗した場合でも円すいころの転動面への攻撃性が小さく、軸受損傷に対して有利となる。さらに、鋼板製の保持器に比して、樹脂製の保持器は、軽量なため、円すいころの自転・公転運動に起因した遠心力による軌道輪への攻撃性が小さくなり、結果的に軸受損傷に対して有利となる。
このようにすると、樹脂製の保持器に比して保持器強度を確保しつつ、樹脂製の保持器のような被案内面の低摩擦化を図ることが可能となる。
このようにすると、軌道面に必要な軸方向長さを利用して保持器案内面を形成し、保持器の柱部に必要な軸方向長さを利用して被案内面を形成することになり、保持器案内のための保持器幅や外輪幅の拡大を不要ないし抑えることができる。したがって、軸受総幅の拡大防止に有利である。
このようにすると、保持器案内面と被案内面との接触部に潤滑油が入り込み易くなり、潤滑不良に起因する被案内面の摩耗を防止することができる。
このようにすると、被案内面を保持器の両環状部に配置し、円すいころの転動に支障のない軌道面外に保持器案内面を配置し、この保持器案内面から凹んだ溝や窪みを任意に形成することができる。その凹みとして、外輪の中心軸周りに螺旋状の溝部を採用すると、溝部が潤滑油の経路となるため、保持器案内面と被案内面との接触部に潤滑油が滞留し易くなり、潤滑不良に起因する被案内面の摩耗を防止することができる。
このようにすると、溝部が潤滑油の経路となるため、保持器案内面と被案内面との接触部に潤滑油が滞留し易くなり、潤滑不良に起因する被案内面の摩耗を防止することができる。
このようにすると、保持器の両環状部に被案内面を配置し、軌道面外に保持器案内面を配置することができる。軸受運転中、ヘリングボーン溝部に潤滑油が集められ、保持器案内面と被案内面との接触部に油膜が形成される。このため、潤滑不良に起因する被案内面の摩耗を防止することができる。
このようにすると、ヘリングボーン溝部に潤滑油が集められ、保持器案内面と被案内面との接触部に油膜が形成されるので、潤滑不良に起因する被案内面の摩耗を防止することができる。

Claims (9)
- 内周に軌道面を有する外輪と、円すいころと、第1環状部、当該第1環状部に比して大径な第2環状部、及びこれら両環状部間をポケットに分ける柱部を有する保持器とを備え、前記外輪が、遊星減速機に備わる遊星回転体に取り付けられる円すいころ軸受において、
前記保持器を径方向に案内する保持器案内面が、前記外輪の内周にのみ設けられており、
前記保持器のうち、前記保持器案内面に案内される被案内面が、前記両環状部を含まずかつ前記柱部の外周の軸方向中央を含む所定の軸方向領域にだけ形成されており、
前記被案内面が、前記柱部の外周の軸方向中央よりも第1環状部側に位置する部分と、前記柱部の外周の軸方向中央よりも第2環状部側に位置する部分とを有することを特徴とする円すいころ軸受。 - 前記保持器が樹脂により形成されている請求項1に記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記保持器が鋼板により形成されており、
前記被案内面が、前記鋼板よりも低摩擦係数のコーティング部からなる請求項1に記載の円すいころ軸受。 - 前記保持器案内面が前記軌道面からなる請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記被案内面が凸面状に形成されている請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記被案内面が、前記保持器案内面と相似形の円すい面に沿った形状である請求項4に記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記被案内面から凹んだ溝部が、前記保持器の中心軸周りに螺旋状に形成されている請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記柱部の外周が、前記被案内面の第1環状部側の端から第1環状部側に向かって前記保持器案内面から径方向に遠ざかる形状である請求項4又は6に記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記被案内面から凹んだヘリングボーン溝部が、周方向に一定間隔で形成されている請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の円すいころ軸受。
