Description
(1) 内輪と、外輪と、前記内輪と前記外輪の間を周方向に転動可能な複数の円すいころと、前記複数の円すいころを所定の間隔で保持する樹脂製の保持器とを備えた円すいころ軸受であって、
前記保持器は、小径環状部と前記小径環状部から突設した複数の柱部とを備え、
前記柱部は、その小径環状部側に第1の頂点と、回転軸方向において前記小径環状部側とは反対側に前記円すいころのピッチ円すい面上またはピッチ円すい面より径方向外側に位置する第2の頂点と、前記ピッチ円すい面より径方向内側であって、前記内輪の小鍔部の外周面より内側にある第3の頂点との少なくとも3つの頂点を含んで形成される多角形型の凸部を備え、
前記保持器の柱部に設けた前記凸部によって軸受内の潤滑油の排出性を促進させ、潤滑油の攪拌抵抗を減少させて回転トルクを減少させることを特徴とする円すいころ軸受。
(4) 前記保持器は、隣接する柱部が前記小径環状部側と回転軸方向において反対側で連接されていないくし型ポケットと、隣接する柱部が前記反対側で連接部により連接された非くし型ポケットとを備えることを特徴とする上記(1)に記載の円すいころ軸受。
図1は本発明の第1実施形態である円すいころ軸受の要部縦断面図、図2は図1に示す保持器の全体斜視図、図3は円すいころ軸受の柱部の形状を示す要部縦断面図、図4は内輪および保持器の小径環状部側の端面が揃えられた円すいころ軸受の要部縦断面図、図5は保持器および外輪の小径環状部側の端面が揃えられた円すいころ軸受の要部縦断面図である。
次に、第2実施形態の円すいころ軸受について図6及び図7を参照して説明する。図6は本発明の第2実施形態である円すいころ軸受の要部縦断面図、図7は図6に示す保持器の全体斜視図である。
次に、第3実施形態の円すいころ軸受について図10および図11を参照して説明する。図10(a)は本発明の第3実施形態である円すいころ軸受の要部縦断面図であり、(b)は他の要部縦断面図、図11は図10に示す保持器の全体斜視図である。

Claims (6)
- 内輪と、外輪と、前記内輪と前記外輪の間を周方向に転動可能な複数の円すいころと、前記複数の円すいころを所定の間隔で保持する樹脂製の保持器とを備えた円すいころ軸受であって、
前記保持器は、小径環状部と前記小径環状部から突設した複数の柱部とを備え、
前記柱部は、その小径環状部側に第1の頂点と、前記小径環状部側とは回転軸方向において反対側に前記円すいころのピッチ円すい面上またはピッチ円すい面より径方向外側に位置する第2の頂点と、前記ピッチ円すい面より径方向内側であって、前記内輪の小鍔部の外周面より内側にある第3の頂点との少なくとも3つの頂点を含んで形成される多角形型の凸部を備え、
前記保持器の柱部に設けた前記凸部によって軸受内の潤滑油の排出性を促進させ、潤滑油の攪拌抵抗を減少させて回転トルクを減少させることを特徴とする円すいころ軸受。 - 前記保持器は、前記柱部の前記小径環状部側とは回転軸方向において反対側に大径環状部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記保持器は、くし型であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記保持器は、隣接する柱部が前記小径環状部側と回転軸方向において反対側で連接されていないくし型ポケットと、隣接する柱部が前記反対側で連接部により連接された非くし型ポケットとを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記内輪の小鍔部の外周面と、前記保持器の小径環状部の内周面とによりラビリンスシール部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記保持器の前記小径環状部側の端面は、前記内輪の端面と前記外輪の端面の少なくとも一方と面一であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の円すいころ軸受。
