Claims (3)
- 外径面の軌道面の両側に小鍔と大鍔が設けられた内輪と、内径面に軌道面が設けられた外輪と、前記内輪と外輪の軌道面間に配列された複数の円錐ころと、これらの円錐ころをポケットに収納して保持する保持器とからなり、前記保持器が、前記円錐ころの小径端面側で連なる小環状部と、円錐ころの大径端面側で連なる大環状部と、これらの環状部を連結する複数の柱部とからなり、前記ポケットが、前記円錐ころの小径側を収納する部分が狭幅側、大径側を収納する部分が広幅側となる台形状に形成された円錐ころ軸受において、
前記保持器のポケットの内側面のうちの前記台形状の狭幅側の底辺を形成する小環状部のみに切欠きを前記底辺の中央部に設けることにより、当該保持器の内径側から流入する潤滑油が当該切欠きから外径側の外輪側へ速やかに逃げるようにし、
前記保持器の小環状部の軸方向外側に、前記内輪の小鍔の外径面に対向させた径方向内向きの鍔を設け、この対向させた小環状部の鍔の内径面と前記内輪の小鍔の外径面との隙間を、前記保持器が振れ回りしても小環状部の鍔が内輪の小鍔と干渉しない範囲で小さくしたことを特徴とする円錐ころ軸受。 - 前記保持器の少なくともポケットの内側面にリン酸塩皮膜処理を施した請求項1に記載の円錐ころ軸受。
- 前記円錐ころ軸受が、自走車両の動力伝達軸を支持するものである請求項1または2に記載の円錐ころ軸受。
