Claims (7)
- 外径面の軌道面の両側に小鍔と大鍔が設けられた内輪と、内径面に軌道面が設けられた外輪、前記内輪と外輪の軌道面間に配列された複数の円錐ころと、これらの円錐ころをポケットに収納して保持する保持器とからなり、前記保持器が、前記円錐ころの小径端面側で連なる小環状部と、円錐ころの大径端面側で連なる大環状部と、これらの環状部を連結する複数の柱部とからなり、前記ポケットが、前記円錐ころの小径側を収納する部分が狭幅側、大径側を収納する部分が広幅側となる台形状に形成された円錐ころ軸受において、前記保持器の台形状ポケットの狭幅側の柱部に切欠きを前記小環状部と当該柱部との境界から前記大環状部の方へ幅をもたせて設けたことにより、前記保持器の内径側から内輪側へ流入する潤滑油が前記切欠きから外径側の外輪側へ速やかに逃げるようにし、前記小環状部のポケット側の縁を、前記台形状ポケットの狭幅側の底辺部分が前記柱部まで延びた形状としたことを特徴とする円錐ころ軸受。
- 前記台形状ポケットの狭幅側の小環状部にも切欠きを設けた請求項1に記載の円錐ころ軸受。
- 前記台形状ポケットの広幅側の少なくとも柱部に切欠きを設けた請求項1又は2に記載の円錐ころ軸受。
- 前記台形状ポケットの狭幅側に設けた切欠きの合計面積を、前記台形状ポケットの広幅側に設けた切欠きの合計面積よりも広くし、前記流入する潤滑油が当該狭幅側の切欠きから当該広幅側の切欠きよりも多く外径側の外輪側へ逃げるようにした請求項3に記載の円錐ころ軸受。
- 前記保持器の小環状部の軸方向外側に、前記内輪の小鍔の外径面に対向させた径方向内向きの鍔を設け、この対向させた小環状部の鍔の内径面と前記内輪の小鍔の外径面との隙間を、前記内輪の小鍔の外径寸法の2.0%以下とした請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の円錐ころ軸受。
- 少なくとも前記円錐ころの表面に、微小凹形形状のくぼみをランダムに無数に設け、このくぼみを設けた表面の面粗さパラメータRyniを0.4μm≦Ryni≦1.0μmとし、かつ、Sk値を−1.6以下とした請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の円錐ころ軸受。
- 前記円錐ころ軸受が、自走車両の動力伝達軸を支持するものである請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の円錐ころ軸受。
