Abstract
Description
本発明者等は、外筒と内部部材との間の環状空間に嵌め込まれた主軸受の荷重作用線が、外筒又は内部部材の回転軸に交わる交点の位置が、歯車装置の寿命に影響することを見出した。第1実施形態において、交点の適切な位置が説明される。
軽量化の観点から、外筒は、可能な限り薄く形成されることが好ましい。しかしながら、薄い外筒は、変形しやすい。第2実施形態において、荷重作用線と外筒の形状との間の適切な関係が説明される。
内部部材は、様々な部品から形成される。荷重作用線は、内部部材の脆弱な部位を通過しないことが好ましい。第3実施形態において、荷重作用線と内部部材の構造との間の適切な関係が説明される。

Claims (6)
- 外筒と、
前記外筒内に少なくとも部分的に収容され、所定の回転軸周りに前記外筒に対して相対的に回転する内部部材と、
前記外筒と前記内部部材との間に形成された環状空間に嵌め込まれた第1主軸受と、
前記環状空間に嵌め込まれ、前記第1主軸受と協働して、前記回転軸を定める第2主軸受と、を備え、
前記外筒は、筒状のケースと、前記ケースから外方に突出する環状の鍔部と、を含み、
前記第1主軸受の荷重作用線及び前記第2主軸受の荷重作用線それぞれは前記ケースと前記鍔部とを連続的に通過する
歯車装置。 - 前記2つの荷重作用線の交点は、前記鍔部内に位置する
請求項2に記載の歯車装置。 - 複数の内歯が形成された内周面を含む外筒と、
前記外筒内に少なくとも部分的に収容され、所定の回転軸周りに前記外筒に対して相対的に回転する内部部材と、
前記外筒と前記内部部材との間に形成された環状空間に嵌め込まれた第1主軸受と、
前記環状空間に嵌め込まれ、前記第1主軸受と協働して、前記回転軸を定める第2主軸受と、を備え、
前記内部部材は、前記複数の内歯に噛み合う複数の外歯を有する歯車と、前記歯車の中心が前記回転軸の周りを周回するように、前記歯車に揺動回転を与えるクランク軸組立体と、前記クランク軸組立体を保持し、且つ、前記回転軸周りに前記外筒に対して相対的に回転するキャリアと、を含み、
前記クランク軸組立体は、前記キャリアによって保持される第1ジャーナルと、前記第1ジャーナルの反対側で前記キャリアによって保持される第2ジャーナルと、前記第1ジャーナルが嵌入される第1ジャーナル軸受と、前記第2ジャーナルが嵌入される第2ジャーナル軸受と、を含み、
前記第1主軸受及び前記第2主軸受の荷重作用線は、前記回転軸の延設方向において前記第1ジャーナル軸受の転動体及び前記第2ジャーナル軸受の転動体の外側を通過する
歯車装置。 - 前記第1主軸受及び前記第2主軸受の前記荷重作用線は、前記延設方向において前記第1ジャーナル軸受のアウターレース及び前記第2ジャーナル軸受のアウターレースの外側を通過する
