Claims (5)
- 헥사플루오로인산 리튬을 전해질로서 포함하는 리튬이온 전지용 전해액을 제조할 때, 비수계 유기용매 중에서 플루오르화리튬, 염화리튬, 브롬화리튬, 요오드화리튬, 또는 이들 중 어느 하나의 혼합물과 오염화인 및 플루오르화수소를 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 전지용 전해액의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1항의 비수계 유기용매가 고리상 또는 사슬상의 탄산에스테르, 또는 2개 이상의 산소원자를 갖는 에테르화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 전지용 전해액의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제2항의 탄산에스테르가 에틸렌카보네이트, 프로필렌카보네이트, 디메틸카보네이트, 디에틸카보네이트, 에틸메틸카보네이트 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 전지용 전해액의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제2항의 에테르화합물이 1,2-디메톡시에탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 전지용 전해액의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법으로 얻어진 전해액을 사용한 리튬이온 전지.
