Claims (20)
- 알루미늄원, 황원, 및 불소원을 함유하는 액체 급결제와, 칼슘알루미네이트, 칼슘설포알루미네이트, 칼슘알루미노실리케이트, 알칼리금속 함유 물질, 수산화칼슘, 및 수산화알루미늄으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 급결 조제와, 시멘트 콘크리트를 함유하고,상기 액체 급결제가 추가로 알칸올아민을 함유하여 이루어지는 분사 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 액체 급결제의 알루미늄원이, SO3 환산의 황원 100부에 대하여, Al2O3 환산으로 25∼110부인 분사 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 액체 급결제의 불소원이, SO3 환산의 황원 100부에 대하여, 불소원을 2∼50부를 함유하는 분사 재료.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알칸올아민이, SO3 환산의 황원 100부에 대하여, 1∼30부인 분사 재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체 급결제가, 추가로 알칼리금속원을 함유하여 이루어지는 분사 재료.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 알칼리금속원이, SO3 환산의 황원 100부에 대하여, R2O 환산 (R 은 알칼리금속) 으로 2∼50부인 분사 재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체 급결제의 pH 가 6 이하인 분사 재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체 급결제의 사용량이 시멘트 콘크리트 중의 시멘트 100부에 대하여, 5∼15부인 분사 재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 급결 조제가, 시멘트 콘크리트 중의 시멘트 100부에 대하여, 0.05∼25부인 분사 재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 급결 조제의 블레인 비표면적값이 2000㎠/g 이상인 분사 재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 급결 조제의 칼슘설포알루미네이트 중의 CaO 가 30∼50부, Al2O3 가 40∼60부, 및 SO3 가 5∼20부인 분사 재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 급결 조제의 칼슘알루미노실리케이트 중의 CaO 가 20∼60부, Al2O3 가 2∼60부, 및 SiO2 가 6∼50부인 분사 재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 추가로, 황산칼슘을 함유하는 분사 재료.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 황산칼슘이, 시멘트 콘크리트 중의 시멘트 100부에 대하여, 1∼7부인 분사 재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 추가로, 지연제를 함유하는 분사 재료.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 지연제가, 시멘트 콘트리트 중의 시멘트 100부에 대하여, 0.05∼5부인 분사 재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 분사 재료를 사용하는 분사 공법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 압송되어 온 시멘트 콘크리트에 대하여, 액체 급결제, 급결 조제 및 황산칼슘을 첨가하여 분사하는 분사 공법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 급결 조제 및 황산칼슘을 미리 시멘트 콘크리트에 혼화하고, 또한 압송되어 온 시멘트 콘크리트에 대하여 액체 급결제를 첨가하여 분사하는 분사 공법.
