Claims (14)
- 전도성 충전제와 하나의 분자내에 두개 이상의 규소-결합된 알케닐 그룹을 갖는 액상 디오가노폴리실록산과의 혼합물(A),체적 저항이 성분(A)와 상이한, 전도성 충전제와 하나의 분자내에 두개 이상의 규소-결합된 알케닐 그룹을 갖는 액상 디오가노폴리실록산과의 혼합물(B),백금계 촉매를 포함하는 촉매제(C) 및하나의 분자내에 두개 이상의 규소-결합된 수소원자를 갖는 오가노폴리실록산을 포함하는 가교결합제(D)를 혼합함을 포함하고,성분(A) 및 성분(B)의 체적 저항이 관계식 10 ≤Ra/Rb ≤100,000(여기서, 103Ohmㆍcm ≤Ra ≤1013Ohmㆍcm 및 102Ohmㆍcm ≤Rb ≤1012Ohmㆍcm이고, Ra는 성분(A)를 성분(C) 및 성분(D)와 혼합하여 수득되는 혼합물을 후속적으로 열경화시켜 수득한 성형 제품의 체적 저항이고, Rb는 성분(B)로부터 동일한 방법으로 수득되는 성형 제품의 체적 저항이다)에 따르는, 전도성 액상 실리콘 고무 조성물의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 전도성 충전제가 1 내지 30중량%의 카본 블랙인, 전도성 액상 실리콘 고무 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 전도성 액상 실리콘 고무 조성물의 경화체의 체적 저항이 106Ohmㆍcm 내지 1012Ohmㆍcm인, 전도성 액상 실리콘 고무 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 성분(C)와 성분(D)를 합한 양이 성분(A)와 성분(B)의 합 100중량부에 대해 1 내지 20중량부인, 전도성 액상 실리콘 고무 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 혼합 방법이 연속 공정인, 전도성 액상 실리콘 고무 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 성분(A), 성분(B), 성분(C) 및 성분(D)의 각각의 계량된 양을 혼합 장치로 연속적으로 공급하고 조성물을 균질하게 혼합함을 포함하는, 전도성 액상 실리콘 고무 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제7항의 방법으로 성분(A) 및 성분(B)의 양을 변화시키면서 혼합 장치에 도입하고 혼합물을 제조한 직후 열경화시킴으로써, 106Ohmㆍcm 내지 1012Ohmㆍcm의 저항 범위를 갖는 제품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제7항의 방법으로 성분(A), 성분(B), 성분(C) 및 성분(D)의 혼합비를 변화시킴으로써 수득한, 상이한 경도 값을 갖는 전도성 액상 실리콘 고무 조성물로부터의 성형 제품의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 성분(A)가 전도성 충전제와 하나의 분자내에 두개 이상의 규소-결합된 알케닐 그룹을 갖는 액상 디오가노폴리실록산과의 혼합물을 포함하고,성분(B)가 전도성 충전제와 두개 이상의 규소-결합된 알케닐 그룹을 갖는 액상 디오가노폴리실록산과의 혼합물을 포함하고,성분(C)가 백금계 촉매와 하나의 분자내에 두개 이상의 규소-결합된 알케닐 그룹을 갖는 액상 디오가노폴리실록산을 포함하고,성분(D)가 가교결합제와 하나의 분자내에 두개 이상의 규소-결합된 알케닐 그룹을 갖는 액상 디오가노폴리실록산을 포함하고,성분(A) 및 성분(B)의 체적 저항이 제1항에 정의한 바와 같은, 제1항에 따르는 방법에 사용되는 4개-파트 키트(four-part kit).
- 제9항에 있어서, 성형된 제품이 광복사기, 프린터 및 보통 용지(plain-paper) 팩시밀리 기기로부터 선택된 전기 사진 장치에서의 롤러의 실리콘 고무 층인, 성형 제품의 제조 방법.
- 전도성 충전제와 하나의 분자내에 두개 이상의 규소-결합된 알케닐 그룹을 갖는 액상 디오가노폴리실록산과의 혼합물(A),체적 저항이 성분(A)와 상이한, 전도성 충전제와 하나의 분자내에 두개 이상의 규소-결합된 알케닐 그룹을 갖는 액상 디오가노폴리실록산과의 혼합물(B),백금계 촉매를 포함하는 촉매제(C) 및하나의 분자내에 두개 이상의 규소-결합된 수소원자를 갖는 오가노폴리실록산을 포함하는 가교결합제(D)를 포함하고,성분(A) 및 성분(B)의 체적 저항이 관계식 10 ≤Ra/Rb ≤100,000(여기서, 103Ohmㆍcm ≤Ra ≤1013Ohmㆍcm 및 102Ohmㆍcm ≤Rb ≤1012Ohmㆍcm이고, Ra는 성분(A)를 성분(C) 및 성분(D)와 혼합하여 수득되는 혼합물을 후속적으로 열경화시켜 수득한 성형 제품의 체적 저항이고, Rb는 성분(B)로부터 동일한 방법으로 수득되는 성형 제품의 체적 저항이다)에 따르는, 실리콘 고무 조성물.
