Claims (6)
- 측벽에 상하위치로 형성된 유입포트와 배출포트, 하부에 형성된 장착공, 상측에 제공되는 밀폐용 덮개를 포함하는 하우징과;길이방향으로 관통홀이 형성된 볼 조인트와, 상기 볼 조인트의 단부에 결합되는 접착패드를 포함하며, 상기 볼 조인트의 볼부가 하우징의 하부 장착공 내에 거치되어 회동 가능하게 결합되는 패드부와;상기 배출포트와 관통홀을 연통시키도록 형성된 연결홀을 포함하며, 상기 하우징의 내벽에 밀착 배치되고, 상기 유입포트로 공급된 압축공기의 압력에 의해 유동하여 볼 조인트의 회동을 제어하는 피스톤;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 패드장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진공 패드장치는:일측이 공기유입구이고 타측이 공기배출구이며, 표면에 외부공간과 소통하는 통공이 형성된 회전대칭형 에어펌프로서, 상기 배출포트 맞은편에 설치공을 형성하고, 배출포트와 설치공에 공기배축구 측 및 공기유입구 측이 각각 끼워지도록 하는 방법으로 상기 하우징에 장착되며, 이 때 진공펌프의 통공은 피스톤의 연결홀과 소통하도록 되는 진공펌프;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 패드장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 장착공은 상기 볼 조인트의 볼부와 면접촉할 수 있는 라운드면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 패드장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 피스톤은 상기 유입포트로 공급된 압축공기의 압력에 의해 유동하여 볼 조인트의 볼부를 가압함으로써, 볼 조인트의 회동을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 패드장치.
- 제4항에 있어서상기 피스톤은 상기 볼 조인트의 볼와 면접촉할 수 있는 라운드홈을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 패드장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 피스톤의 회전을 방지하기 위하여 피스톤과 덮개 간에 핀이 설치되고, 상기 핀과 피스톤 사이에는 약간의 유격이 있어 피스톤의 유동이 방해되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 패드장치.
