Claims (3)
- 전압 레귤레이터에 있어서,기준 전압을 출력하는 기준 전압원;출력 전압을 분할하는 전압 분할 회로;상기 출력 전압을 분할하여 얻어진 전압이 출력되는 귀환 전압 단자;상기 기준 전압과 상기 귀환 전압 단자로부터의 전압이 입력되는 에러 앰프;상기 전압 분할 회로와 입력 전원 단자 사이에 직렬로 접속된 제1 도전형의 제1 트랜지스터; 및상기 에러 앰프의 출력에 응답하여 제1 트랜지스터를 제어하는 신호를 출력하는 과전류 제한 회로를 포함하고,상기 과전류 제한 회로는,상기 입력 전원 단자와 상기 에러 앰프 사이에 접속된 제1 도전형의 제2 트랜지스터;상기 입력 전원 단자와 상기 제2 트랜지스터를 제어하는 신호가 입력되는 단자와의 사이에 접속된 제1 저항기;상기 제2 트랜지스터를 제어하는 신호가 입력되는 단자와 접지 전위 단자 사이에 접속된 제2 도전형의 제3 트랜지스터;상기 제3 트랜지스터를 제어하는 신호가 입력되는 단자와 접지 전위 단자 사이에 접속된 제2 저항기;상기 입력 전원 단자와 상기 제2 저항기 사이에 접속되어 있는 제1 도전형의 제4 트랜지스터 - 상기 에러 앰프의 출력이 상기 제4 트랜지스터의 제어용 단자에 입력됨 - ; 및상기 제4 트랜지스터와 상기 제2 저항기 사이에 접속되어 있고, 제1 입력 단자와 제2 입력 단자를 갖는 차동쌍을 포함하고,상기 차동쌍의 제1 입력 단자는 상기 귀환 전압 단자에 접속되어 있고,상기 차동쌍의 제2 입력 단자는 상기 기준 전압원의 출력 단자에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 레귤레이터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 차동쌍은,상기 제1 입력 단자를 갖는 제1 도전형의 제5 트랜지스터; 및상기 제2 입력 단자를 갖는 제1 도전형의 제6 트랜지스터를 포함하고,상기 제5 트랜지스터는, 상기 제2 저항기과 상기 제4 트랜지스터 사이에 접속되어 있고,상기 제6 트랜지스터는, 상기 접지 전위 단자와 상기 제4 트랜지스터 사이에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 레귤레이터.
