Description
Claims (19)
- 투광성을 가지면서 프리그루브(pre-groove)를 형성한 기판과, 이 기판위에 설치된 레이저광을 흡수하는 광기록층과, 이 광기록층위에 설치된 상기 레이저광을 반사하는 광반사층을 구비하고, 상기 기판을 통해 상기 광기록층에 상기 레이저광을 조사함으로써 광학적으로 읽을 수 있는 정보를 기록하는 광 정보기록매체로서,상기 프리그루브 내에서 당해 광정보기록매체의 직경방향에 있어서 상기 프리그루브내의 단면적에 대한 상기 광기록층이 차지하는 단면적의 비율이 30%~63%인 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체.
- 투광성을 가지면서 프리그루브(pre-groove)를 형성한 기판과, 이 기판위에 설치된 레이저광을 흡수하는 광기록층과, 이 광기록층위에 설치된 상기 레이저광을 반사하는 광반사층을 구비하고, 상기 기판을 통해 상기 광기록층에 상기 레이저광을 조사함으로써 광학적으로 읽을 수 있는 정보를 기록하는 광 정보기록매체로서,상기 프리그루브 내에서 당해 광정보기록매체의 직경방향에 있어서 상기 프리그루브내의 단면적에 대한 상기 광반사층이 차지하는 단면적의 비율이 37%~70%인 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프리그루브 내에 있어서 상기 광기록층 비율이 30%~57%인 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 프리그루브 내에 있어서 상기 광반사층 비율이 43% ~70%인 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 프리그루브 내의 상기 광반사층의 돌출 깊이가 83㎚~140㎚인 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 프리그루브 내의 상기 광반사층의 돌출 깊이가 93㎚~140㎚인 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 프리그루브 내의 상기 광기록층의 두께가 35㎚~90㎚인 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 프리그루브 내의 상기 광기록층의 두께가 35㎚~83㎚인 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 프리그루브에 있어서 상기 광기록층의 경사각도가 37.5°~60°인 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 프리그루브에 있어서 상기 광기록층의 경사각도가 38.5°~60°인 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 광기록층의 레벨링값이, 0.15~0.29인 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 광기록층의 레벨링값이, 0.15~0.26인 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 또는 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 기록시에 있어서의 기준선속도가 3.49m/s인 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기록시에 있어서의 기준선속도를 S라 할 때 S×n (다만, n은 8이상의 정수)의 기록 속도에 대응 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 기록시에 있어서의 기준선속도를 S라 할 때 S×n (다만, n은 8을 초과하는 정수)의 기록 속도에 대응 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 또는 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 레이저광의 기록파장이 640nm~680nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체.
- 투광성을 가지면서 프리그루브(pre-groove)를 형성한 기판과, 이 기판위에 설치된 레이저광을 흡수하는 광기록층과, 이 광기록층위에 설치된 상기 레이저광을 반사하는 광반사층을 구비하고, 상기 기판을 통해 상기 광기록층에 상기 레이저광을 조사함으로써 광학적으로 읽을 수 있는 정보를 기록하는 광 정보기록매체로서,상기 프리그루브 내로 상기 광반사층이 돌출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 광반사층의 돌출 깊이가 83nm~140nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 광반사층의 돌출 깊이가 93nm~140nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체.
