Claims (16)
- 하나 이상의 반응 구역내에서 1종 이상의 탈수소가능한 C2-C30-탄화수소를 포함하는 반응기체 혼합물 중 상기 탄화수소를 불균질하게 촉매적 탈수소화시키는 방법에 있어서, 필요한 탈수소화 열의 적어도 일부가 하나 이상의 반응구역내에서 산소 함유 기체 존재하에 수소, 탄화수소 또는 탄화수소들 및(또는) 탄소를 연소시켜 반응기체 혼합물에서 직접 발생되며, 탈수소가능한 탄화수소 또는 탄화수소들을 포함하는 반응기체 혼합물이 브뢴스테드 산성도가 0.1산성도 단위(AU) 미만인 루이스산 탈수소화 촉매와 접촉되고, 상기 탈수소화 촉매는 촉매에 흡착된 피리딘의 IR 흡수 스펙트럼으로 측정되는 루이스 산성도가 3산성도 단위(AU)를 초과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탈수소화 촉매가 이산화지르코늄, 산화알루미늄, 이산화규소, 이산화티타늄, 산화마그네슘, 산화란타늄 및 산화세륨으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 금속 산화물을 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 탈수소화 촉매가 이산화지르코늄 및(또는) 이산화규소를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탈수소화 촉매가 전이족 VIII족의 1종 이상의 원소, 주족 I 또는 II족의 1종 이상의 원소, 주족 III 또는 IV족의 1종 이상의 원소 및 란탄족 및 악티늄족을 포함하는 전이족 III족의 1종 이상의 원소를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탈수소화 촉매가 백금 및(또는) 팔라듐을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탈수소화 촉매가 세슘 및(또는) 칼륨을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탈수소화 촉매가 란타늄 및(또는) 세륨을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탈수소화 촉매가 주석을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탈수소화 촉매가 기공의 70% 내지 100%가 20nm 미만 또는 40 내지 5000nm의 범위의 기공 직경을 갖는 이형 기공 반경 분포를 갖는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반응기체 혼합물이 수증기를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수소를 상기 반응기체 혼합물에 첨가하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 상기 반응 구역이 탄화수소 존재하의 수소 및 산소의 연소 반응을 선택적으로 촉매반응하는 촉매를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수소의 연소를 촉매반응하는 촉매가 게르마늄, 주석, 납, 비소, 안티몬 및 비스무트의 산화물 및 인산염으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 산화물 또는 인산염을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수소의 연소를 선택적으로 촉매반응하는 촉매가 전이족 VIII 또는 I족의 귀금속을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탈수소화가 트레이 반응기 중에서 수행되는 방법.
