Claims (7)
- Mn: 0.9질량% 이상 1.5질량% 이하, Cu: 0.5질량% 초과 1.0질량% 이하, Mg: 0.2질량% 이상 0.6질량% 이하, Si: 0.05질량% 이상 0.50질량% 이하, Fe: 0.05질량% 이상 0.60질량% 이하를 함유하고, Zn: 0질량% 이상 0.10 질량% 이하로 규제되며, 잔부의 Al 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 알루미늄 합금판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,Cu의 함유량이 0.7질량% 이상 1.0질량% 이하인 알루미늄 합금판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,Si의 함유량과 Fe의 함유량의 비(Si/Fe)가 0.2 내지 6.0인 알루미늄 합금판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,알루미늄 합금제 전지 케이스용인 알루미늄 합금판.
- Mn:0.9질량% 이상 1.5질량% 이하, Cu:0.5질량% 초과 1.0질량% 이하, Mg:0.2질량% 이상 0.6질량% 이하, Si:0.05질량% 이상 0.50질량% 이하, Fe:0.05질량% 이상 0.60질량% 이하를 함유하고, Zn:0질량% 이상 0.10질량% 이하로 규제되며, 잔부의 Al 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 알루미늄 합금을 용해·주조하여 주괴를 제작하는 제 1 공정;상기 주괴에 균질화 열처리를 실시하는 제 2 공정;균질화 열처리된 상기 주괴를 열간 압연 및 냉간 압연하여 압연판을 제작하는 제 3 공정;상기 압연판에 중간 소둔을 실시하는 제 4 공정; 및중간 소둔된 상기 압연판에 냉간 압연을 실시하여 알루미늄 합금판을 제작하는 제 5 공정으로 이루어지는 제 1 항에 따른 알루미늄 합금판의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제 5 공정에서, 냉간 압연된 상기 압연판에 80 내지 200℃에서 0.5 내지 8시간의 최종 소둔을 실시하는 알루미늄 합금판의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 따른 알루미늄 합금판으로 이루어지는 알루미늄 합금제 전지 케이스.
