Claims (24)
- 적어도 하나의 정보저장층을 갖는 정보저장매체로서,상기 적어도 하나의 정보저장층은 각각 최적의 기록 조건을 얻기 위한OPC 영역을 포함하고, 이웃하는 정보저장층에 있는 OPC 영역이 서로 다른 반경 범위 내에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보저장매체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 이웃하는 정보저장층에 있는 OPC 영역의 반경 방향에 대한 위치차가 적어도 정보 저장매체의 제작시 허용가능한 한도에 대응되는 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보저장매체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 OPC 영역의 양쪽에 적어도 정보 저장매체의 제작시 허용가능한 한도(tolerance) 이상의 크기에 대응되는 크기를 갖는 버퍼 영역이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보저장매체.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 두 개의 버퍼 영역 중 어느 하나에 인접하여 보류 영역이 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보저장매체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 정보 저장매체는 데이터 기록을 위한 복수개의 영역을 포함하고, 상기 복수개의 영역 들 사이사이에 각각 버퍼영역이 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보저장매체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 정보 저장매체는 결함 관리 영역 및 사용자 데이터 영역을 포함하고, 상기 결함 관리 영역과 사용자 데이터 영역 사이에 버퍼영역이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보저장매체.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 버퍼 영역의 반경 방향 길이가 5-100㎛ 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보저장매체.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 최대 허용 한도는 각 영역의 시작 위치 오차와, 기록 및 재생 빔의 크기 및 편심 중 적어도 하나를 고려한 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 저장매체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 OPC 영역의 마주보는 위치에 재생 전용의 데이터가 기록되는 영역이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보저장매체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 재생 전용의 데이터가 기록되는 영역에 디스크 관련 정보 및 콘트롤 데이터가 기록되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보저장매체.
- 복수개의 정보저장층을 포함하고, 상기 복수개의 정보저장층은 각각 최적의 기록 조건을 얻기 위한 OPC 영역을 가지며, 광이 입사되는 방향으로부터 홀수 번째 정보저장층의 OPC 영역과 이에 이웃하는 짝수 번째 정보저장층의 OPC 영역이 서로 마주보지 않도록 서로 다른 반경 범위에 위치하고, 각 정보저장층의 제작 오차 발생시, 상기 홀수 번째 정보저장층의 OPC 영역과 이에 이웃하는 짝수 번째 정보저장층의 OPC 영역이 서로 마주보지 않도록 엇갈려 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 정보저장매체.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 이웃하는 정보저장층에 있는 OPC 영역의 반경 방향에 대한 위치차가 적어도 정보 저장매체의 제작시 허용가능한 한도에 대응되는 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보저장매체.
- 제 11항 또는 제 12항에 있어서,상기 OPC 영역의 양쪽에 적어도 정보 저장매체의 제작시 허용가능한 한도에 대응되는 크기를 갖는 버퍼 영역 또는 보류 영역이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보저장매체.
- 제 11항 또는 제 12항에 있어서,상기 정보 저장매체는 결함 관리 영역 및 사용자 데이터 영역을 포함하고, 상기 결함 관리 영역과 사용자 데이터 영역 사이에 버퍼영역이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보저장매체.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 OPC 영역의 반경 방향에 대한 위치차가 5-100㎛ 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보저장매체.
- 제 11항 또는 제 12항에 있어서,상기 각 OPC 영역의 마주보는 위치에 버퍼영역 또는 보류영역이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보저장매체.
- 제 11항 또는 제 12항에 있어서,상기 각 OPC 영역의 마주보는 위치에 재생 전용의 데이터가 기록되는 영역이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보저장매체.
- 복수개의 정보저장층을 갖는 정보 저장매체에 있어서,상기 정보저장층은 최적의 기록 조건을 얻기 위한 OPC 영역과 재생 전용 데이터가 기록되는 영역을 포함하고, 상기 각 정보저장층의 OPC 영역이 이웃하는 정보저장층의 재생 전용 데이터 영역에 마주보게 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보저장매체.
- 제 18항에 있어서,상기 재생 전용 데이터 영역은 상기 OPC 영역보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 저장매체.
- 제 18항 또는 19항에 있어서,상기 OPC 영역의 양쪽에 버퍼 영역이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 저장매체.
- 제 20항에 있어서,상기 버퍼 영역은 정보 저장매체의 제작시 허용가능한 최대 허용 한도(tolerance) 이상의 크기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 저장매체.
- 제 21항에 있어서,상기 최대 허용 한도는 각 영역의 시작 위치 오차와, 기록 및 재생 빔의 크기 및 편심 중 적어도 하나를 고려한 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 저장매체.
- 제 18항 또는 제 19항에 있어서,상기 재생 전용 영역에 디스크 관련 정보 및 디스크 컨트롤 데이터가 반복되어 기록되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 저장매체.
- 제 18항에 있어서,상기 OPC 영역의 양쪽에 버퍼 영역이 구비되고, 상기 OPC 영역의 앞에 구비된 버퍼 영역은 적어도, 상기 디스크 관련 정보 및 디스크 컨트롤 데이터가 한번 기록된 영역의 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 저장매체.
