Claims (2)
- 光記録条件を得るための最適なパワーコントロールの領域と、前記最適なパワーコントロールの領域の一方の側に設けられる少なくともバッファ領域とをそれぞれが含む、少なくとも2つの情報記録層を有する情報記憶媒体であって、
前記情報記憶層のうちの隣接する情報記憶層における前記最適なパワーコントロールの領域は、互いに向かい合わないように当該情報記憶媒体の異なる半径内に設けられ、
再生専用のデータを記憶する再生専用の領域は、前記再生専用の領域が前記情報記憶層のうちの隣接する情報記憶層の前記最適なパワーコントロールの領域と揃えられ、前記情報記憶層のうちの隣接する情報記憶層の前記最適なパワーコントロールの領域に向かい合うように、前記情報記憶層のうちの一方に設けられ、
前記情報記憶層のうちの1つの再生専用の領域は、前記情報記憶層のうちの隣接する情報記憶層の最適なパワーコントロールの領域とバッファ領域との合計よりも大きい、
ことを特徴とする情報記録媒体。 - 複数の情報記憶層を含む情報記憶媒体からデータを再生するリーダと、
前記情報記憶媒体からデータを再生するために前記リーダを制御するコントローラとを有し、
それぞれの情報記憶層は、光記録条件を得るために使用される前記最適なパワーコントロールの領域と、バッファ領域及び再生専用のデータを記憶する再生専用の領域の少なくとも1つとを含み、
前記情報記憶層のうち隣接する情報記憶層における前記最適なパワーコントロール領域は、互いに向かい合わないように前記情報記憶媒体の異なる半径内に設けられ、
前記再生専用領域は、隣接した情報記憶層の前記最適なパワーコントロール領域と向かい合うように、前記情報記憶層のうちの一方に設けられ、
前記情報記憶層のうちの1つの再生専用の領域は、前記情報記憶層のうちの隣接する情報記憶層の最適なパワーコントロールの領域とバッファ領域との合計よりも大きい、
ことを特徴とする再生装置。
