Claims (6)
- 차의 제조방법에 있어서,제주조릿대(Sasa quelpaertensis Nakai) 잎분말을 제조하는 제1공정,감귤효소분해분말을 제조하는 제2공정,황칠나무 잎분말을 제조하는 제3공정,감국분말과 탐라오가피분말을 준비하는 제4공정,제1공정의 제주조릿대 잎분말에 감귤효소분해분말, 황칠나무 잎분말, 감국분말, 탐라오가피분말 중 1 종 이상을 선택하여 제주조릿대 잎분말의 중량대비 5 ~ 40 중량%를 첨가하여 혼합하는 제5공정,포장 처리하는 제6공정을 거쳐 혼합차를 제조하는 것으로 구성된,제주조릿대잎 혼합차의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,제1공정의 제주조릿대 잎분말은, 잎을 채취하여 세척한 후, 0.5 ~ 1 ㎝ 크기로 절단한 다음 증숙기에 넣고 80 ~ 120 ℃에서 10 ~ 20 분 동안 증숙하고, 증숙된 제주조릿대 잎을 그늘에서 건조시키거나, 열풍건조기에서 40 ~ 60 ℃로 3 ~ 4 시간 동안 건조시킨 다음, 건조된 제주조릿대 잎을 드럼배전기에 넣고 120 ~ 150 ℃에서 5 ~ 20 분간 배전처리하여 수분을 충분히 제거한 후, 분쇄기에 넣고 0.1 ~ 1.0 ㎜ 의 크기를 갖는 분말로 제조하는 것이 특징인,제주조릿대잎 혼합차의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,제2공정의 감귤효소분해분말은, 감귤을 세척한 다음 껍질 째 습식분쇄기에 넣고 분쇄한 후, 효소분해기에 넣고 펙티네이즈를 200 ~ 250 ppm의 농도로 첨가하여 20 ~ 25 ℃에서 100 rpm으로 2 ~ 4 시간 동안 효소분해시킨 다음, 이 효소분해물을 필터프레스로 과육과 과즙으로 분리시켜 과육을 동결건조하여 분쇄하여 분말로 제조하는 것이 특징인,제주조릿대잎 혼합차의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,제3공정의 황칠나무 잎분말은, 잎을 채취하여 세척한 후, 0.5 ~ 1 ㎝ 크기로 절단한 다음 증숙기에 넣고 80 ~ 120 ℃에서 5 ~ 15 분 동안 증숙하고, 증숙된 황칠나무 잎을 그늘에서 건조시키거나, 열풍건조기에서 40 ~ 60 ℃로 3 ~ 4 시간 동안 건조시킨 다음, 건조된 황칠나무 잎을 드럼배전기에 넣고 120 ~ 150 ℃에서 5 ~ 15 분간 배전처리하여 수분을 충분히 제거한 후, 분쇄기에 넣고 0.1 ~ 1.0 ㎜의 크기를 갖는 분말로 제조하는 것이 특징인,제주조릿대잎 혼합차의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,제6공정의 포장처리시, 제5공정에서 혼합한 차 분말을 삼면포장하여 분말차로 제조하거나, 티백포장하여 티백차로 제조하는 것이 특징인,제주조릿대잎 혼합차의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 제조된,제주조릿대잎 혼합차.
