Claims (5)
2) 세척한 비트를 파쇄하는 단계;
3) 파쇄된 비트는 당화 탱크에 투입하고, 80 내지 100℃의 스팀으로 30 내지 70분 동안 가열하여 증숙하는 단계;
4) 증숙한 비트를 착즙기에 투입하고 착즙하는 단계;
5) 착즙한 비트즙을 100 내지 140℃로 살균하는 단계;
7) 상기 살균한 비트즙을 30 내지 60℃로 냉각하여 비트 주스를 제조하는 단계; 및
8) 상기 냉각한 비트 주스에 기능성 원료를 투입하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 비트 주스는 비트즙 100 중량부에 대해, 기능성 원료로 코엔자임Q10 1 내지 2 중량부, 은행잎 추출물 1 내지 2 중량부, 홍삼 추출물 1 내지 2 중량부, 어성초 추출물 1 내지 2 중량부, 생강 추출물 1 내지 2 중량부, 쇠뿔석위 추출물 1 내지 2 중량부 및 잔잎바디 추출물 1 내지 2 중량부를 포함하는 기능성 원료를 첨가한 비트 주스의 제조 방법.
