Claims (4)
- 음료에 있어서,제주조릿대(Sasa quelpaertensis Nakai) 잎추출액을 제조하는 제1공정,감귤효소분해액을 제조하는 제2공정,황칠나무 잎추출액을 제조하는 제3공정,감국 추출액과 탐라오가피 추출액을 준비하는 제4공정,제1공정의 제주조릿대 잎추출액에 감귤효소분해액, 황칠나무 잎추출액, 감국 추추액, 탐라오가피 추출액 중 1 종 이상을 선택하여 제주조릿대 잎추출액의 중량대비 5 ~ 40 중량%를 첨가하고 혼합하는 제5공정,제5공정에서 혼합된 혼합액에 혼합액의 중량대비 6 ∼ 8중량%의 프럭토올리고당 또는 과당, 혼합액의 중량대비 1 ~ 2중량%의 정백당, 혼합액의 중량대비 2 ∼ 3중량%의 솔비톨, 혼합액의 중량대비 0.1 ∼ 0.2중량%의 비타민 C, 혼합액의 중량대비 0.1 ~ 0.2중량%의 구연산 또는 구연산나트륨, 혼합액의 중량대비 0.1 ~ 0.2중량%의 계피추출액을 첨가하여 음료의 맛을 조절하는 제6공정,제6공정을 거쳐 제조된 혼합음료를 유리병 또는 페트병에 충진하고 85 ~ 121℃에서 1 ~ 30분간 살균(멸균)하는 제7공정,포장 처리하는 제8공정을 거쳐 제조되며, 맛과 향이 좋고 기호도가 높은,제주조릿대 잎추출액을 이용한 혼합음료.
- 제1항에 있어서,제1공정의 제주조릿대 잎추출액은, 제주조릿대 잎을 채취하여 세척한 후, 0.5 ~ 1 ㎝ 크기로 절단한 다음 증숙기에 넣고 80 ~ 120 ℃에서 10 ~ 20 분 동안 증숙하고, 증숙된 제주조릿대 잎을 그늘에서 건조시키거나, 열풍건조기에서 40 ~ 60 ℃로 3 ~ 4 시간 동안 건조시킨 다음, 건조된 제주조릿대 잎을 분쇄기에 넣고 0.1 ~ 1.0 ㎜의 크기를 갖는 제주조릿대 잎분말을 제조한 후, 제주조릿대 잎분말 중량의 20 배의 물을 가하여 100 ~ 120 ℃에서 2 ~ 4 시간, 추출기에서 제주조릿대 잎추출액을 제조하는 것이 특징인,제주조릿대 잎추출액을 이용한 혼합음료.
- 제1항에 있어서,제2공정의 감귤효소분해액은, 감귤을 세척한 다음 껍질째 습식분쇄기에 넣고 분쇄한 후, 효소분해기에 넣고 펙티네이즈를 200 ~ 250 ppm의 농도로 첨가하여 20 ~ 25 ℃에서 100 rpm으로 2 ~ 4 시간 동안 효소분해시킨 다음, 이 효소분해물을 필터프레스로 과육과 과즙으로 분리시켜 감귤효소분해액을 제조하는 것이 특징인,제주조릿대 잎추출액을 이용한 혼합음료.
- 제1항에 있어서,제3공정의 황칠나무 잎추출액은, 황칠나무 잎을 채취하여 세척한 후, 0.5 ~ 1 ㎝ 크기로 절단한 다음 증숙기에 넣고 80 ~ 120 ℃에서 5 ~ 15 분 동안 증숙하고, 증숙된 황칠나무 잎을 그늘에서 건조시키거나, 열풍건조기에서 40 ~ 60 ℃로 3 ~ 4 시간 동안 건조시킨 후, 분쇄기에 넣고 0.1 ~ 1.0 ㎜의 크기를 갖는 황칠나무 잎분말을 제조하고, 황칠나무 잎분말 중량의 20 배의 물을 가하여 100 ~ 120 ℃에서 2 ~ 4시간, 추출기에서 황칠나무 잎추출액을 제조하는 것이 특징인,제주조릿대 잎추출액을 이용한 혼합음료.
