Claims (25)
- 열가소성 수지와 착색제를 적어도 함유하는 칼라 토너상을 정착가능하도록 지지하는 화상 지지재에 있어서,베이스재와,이 베이스재상에 마련되고 또한 백색 안료와 열가소성 수지를 함유하는 광산란층과,이 광산란층상에 마련되고 또한 열가소성 수지를 적어도 함유하는 칼라 토너 수용층을 구비하고,상기 광산란층의 열가소성 수지는 폴리올레핀계 또는 폴리올레핀계 공중합체로 이루어지며, 그 점도가 5×103Pa·s로 되는 온도 Tb가 100℃ 이상이고,상기 칼라 토너 수용층의 열가소성 수지는 결정성 폴리에스테르 수지와 비정질 수지를 용융 혼합하여 얻은 수지로 이루어지며, 그 점도가 103Pa·s로 되는 온도 T1이 65℃ 이상 80℃ 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 지지재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 베이스재는 평량(坪量)이 100∼250gsm의 원지(原紙)인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 지지재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광산란층이 20∼40중량%의 백색 안료를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 지지재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광산란층의 두께가 20∼50㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 지지재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 칼라 토너 수용층이 70중량% 이상의 열가소성 수지를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 지지재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 칼라 토너 수용층의 두께가 5∼20㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 지지재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 칼라 토너 수용층의 열가소성 수지 중, 결정성 폴리에스테르 수지와 비정질 수지의 중량비가 35:65∼65:35의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 지지재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 결정성 폴리에스테르 수지와 비정질 수지를 용융 혼합하는 조건으로서,결정성 폴리에스테르 수지와 비정질 수지를 시간 t0(분)간, 용융 혼합하여 얻은 수지를 20㎛의 필름으로 했을 때, 이 필름의 시감반사율 Y가 1.5%로 되는 온도를 T0(℃)로 하고, 용융 혼합에서의 온도를 T(℃), 시간을 t(분)으로 하면, T(℃)가 T0∼T0+20의 범위이고, t(분)가 t0∼10×t0의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 지지재.
- 제8항에 있어서,온도 T(℃)가 T0+5∼T0+10의 범위이고, 시간 t(분)가 t0∼3×t0의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 지지재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 비정질 수지가 폴리에스테르 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 지지재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 비정질 수지가 스티렌계 수지와 아크릴계 수지를 80% 이상 함유하는 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 지지재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 결정성 폴리에스테르 수지의 알콜유래 성분은 탄소수 2∼12의 직쇄 지방족을 주성분으로 하며, 그 직쇄 지방족 성분이 전(全)알콜유래 성분의 85∼100몰%이고,상기 결정성 폴리에스테르 수지의 산유래 성분은 탄소수 4∼12의 직쇄 지방족을 주성분으로 하며, 그 직쇄 지방족 성분이 전(全)산유래 성분의 90몰% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 지지재.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 결정성 폴리에스테르 수지와 비정질 폴리에스테르 수지는 공통의 알콜 유래 성분 또는 산유래 성분을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 지지재.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 비정질 폴리에스테르 수지의 알콜유래 성분은 결정성 폴리에스테르 수지의 알콜유래 성분의 주성분인 탄소수 2∼12의 직쇄 지방족과 동일한 직쇄 지방족 성분을 함유하며, 그 직쇄 지방족 성분이 전(全)알콜유래 성분의 10∼30몰%의 범위이고,상기 비정질 폴리에스테르 수지의 산유래 성분은 방향족 성분을 함유하며, 그 방향족 성분이 전(全)산유래 성분의 90몰% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 지지재.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 비정질 폴리에스테르 수지의 산유래 성분인 방향족 성분은 결정성 폴리에스테르 수지의 산유래 성분의 주성분인 테레프탈산 또는 이소프탈산 또는 나프탈렌디카복실산에서 유래하는 방향족 성분과 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 지지재.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 결정성 폴리에스테르 수지의 알콜유래 성분은 탄소수 2∼12의 직쇄 지방족 및 방향족계 디올유래 성분을 함유하며, 전(全)알콜유래 성분에 대하여, 직쇄 지방족 성분이 85∼98몰%이고, 방향족계 디올유래 성분이 2∼15몰%이고,상기 비정질 폴리에스테르 수지의 알콜유래 성분은 결정성 폴리에스테르 수지의 알콜유래 성분의 주성분과 동일한 직쇄 지방족 성분 및 방향족계 디올 유래 성분을 함유하며, 전(全)알콜유래 성분에 대하여, 직쇄 지방족 성분이 10∼30몰%이고, 방향족계 디올 유래 성분이 70∼90몰%인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 지지재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 결정성 폴리에스테르 수지의 중량 평균 분자량이 17,000∼30,000이고, 상기 비정질 수지의 중량 평균 분자량이 8,000∼40,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 지지재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 칼라 토너 수용층은 무기 미립자를 3∼30중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 지지재.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 무기 미립자가 입경 8∼400nm의 이산화티탄 또는 실리카로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 지지재.
- 제1항에 있어서,표면 및 이면의 적어도 어느 한쪽에 대전 방지층을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 지지재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광산란층과 칼라토너 수용층 사이에 젤라틴층을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 지지재.
- 제1항 기재의 화상 지지재를, 열가소성 수지와 착색제를 적어도 함유하는 칼라 토너와 함께 사용하여, 상기 화상 지지재상(上)에 상기 칼라 토너의 상을 형성하는 화상 형성 방법에 있어서,상기 칼라 토너의 열가소성 수지는 그 점도가 104Pa.s로 되는 온도 T2(℃)가 T1(℃) 이상 T1+20℃ 미만인 폴리에스테르계 또는 스티렌-아크릴계의 수지를 주성분으로 하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서,상기 칼라 토너의 열가소성 수지는 결정성 폴리에스테르계 수지와 비정질 스티렌-아크릴계 수지를 적어도 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 방법.
- 열가소성 수지와 착색제를 적어도 함유하는 칼라 토너상을 정착가능하도록 지지하는 화상 지지재와,이 화상 지지재상(上)에 칼라 토너상(像)을 형성하는 화상 형성 유니트와,이 화상 형성 유니트로 형성된 칼라 토너상을 화상 지지재 상에 정착하는 정착 장치를 구비한 화상 형성 장치로서,상기 화상 지지재는베이스재와,이 베이스재상에 마련되고 또한 백색 안료와 열가소성 수지를 함유하는 광산란층과,이 광산란층상에 마련되고 또한 열가소성 수지를 적어도 함유하는 칼라 토너 수용층을 구비하고,상기 광산란층의 열가소성 수지는 폴리올레핀계 또는 폴리올레핀계 공중합체로 이루어지며, 그 점도가 5×103Pa·s로 되는 온도 Tb가 100℃ 이상이고,상기 칼라 토너 수용층의 열가소성 수지는 결정성 폴리에스테르 수지와 비정질 수지를 용융 혼합하여 얻은 수지로 이루어지며, 그 점도가 103Pa·s로 되는 온도 T1이 65℃ 이상 80℃미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치.
- 제24항에 있어서,상기 정착 장치는,화상 지지재상의 화상을 사이에 끼워 화상 지지재와 접촉하는 정착 부재;화상 지지재상의 칼라 토너상을 가열 가압하는 가열 가압 수단; 및가열 가압된 칼라 토너상을 냉각하여 정착 부재로부터 박리하는 냉각 박리 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치.
