Description
Claims (10)
- 환 형상의 엔드리스 벨트에 있어서, 상기 엔드리스 벨트의 최외층에, 불소 수지를 포함하며 또한 그 외면이 성형면으로 이루어지는 이형층을 구비하고, 상기 엔드리스 벨트의 최내층에 지지층을 구비하고, 상기 최외층과 상기 최내층 사이에 탄성층을 구비하며, 성형형에 불소 수지를 포함하는 이형층을 도포하여 소성한 뒤에 탄성층을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 엔드리스 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불소 수지가 테트라플루오로에틸렌중합체(PTFE), 테트라플루오로에틸렌-퍼플로로알콕시에틸렌공중합체(PFA) 및 플루오로에틸렌-프로필렌공중합체(PFEP)로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 엔드리스 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 엔드리스 벨트가, 발열층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔드리스 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이형층, 상기 탄성층 및 상기 지지층 중 적어도 한 층이, 발열체로 이루어지는 필러를 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔드리스 벨트.
- 제1항에 기재된 엔드리스 벨트의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 이형층을 환 형상의 성형층의 내주면에 도포하는 단계와, 상기 이형층을 소정의 온도에서 소성하는 단계와, 상기 탄성층을 도포하는 단계와, 상기 탄성층을 소정의 온도에서 소성하는 단계와, 상기 지지층을 도포하는 단계와, 상기 지지층을 소정의 온도에서 소성하는 단계와, 상기 엔드리스 벨트를 상기 성형형으로부터 이탈시키는 단계를 순차적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔드리스 벨트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 기재된 엔드리스 벨트의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 이형층을 환 형상의 성형형의 외주면에 도포하는 단계와, 상기 이형층을 소정의 온도에서 소성하는 단계와, 상기 탄성층을 도포하는 단계와, 상기 탄성층을 소정의 온도에서 소성하는 단계와, 상기 지지층을 도포하는 단계와, 상기 지지층을 소정의 온도에서 소성하는 단계와, 상기 엔드리스 벨트를 뒤집음으로써 상기 성형형으로부터 이탈시키는 단계를 순차적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔드리스 벨트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 기재된 엔드리스 벨트의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 이형층을 환 형상의 성형형의 외주면에 도포하고, 상기 이형층 위에 제1 접착층을 도포하고, 상기 이형층과 상기 제1 접착층을 소정의 온도에서 소성한 후, 상기 제1 접착층 위에 상기 탄성층을 도포하여 소정의 온도에서 소성하고, 이어서 상기 탄성층 위에 제2 접착층을 도포하여 건조시키고, 계속해서 상기 제2 접착층 위에 상기 지지층을 도포 하고 소정의 온도에서 소성하여 환 형상물을 형성하고, 그 후 상기 환 형상물을 뒤집음으로써 상기 성형형으로부터 이탈시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔드리스 벨트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 기재된 엔드리스 벨트의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 이형층을 환 형상의 성형형의 외주면에 도포하고 소정의 온도에서 소성한 후, 상기 이형층의 표면을 에칭 처리하고, 그 후 상기 이형층의 에칭 처리한 표면 위에 상기 탄성층을 도포하여 소정의 온도에서 소성하고, 이어서 상기 탄성층 위에 접착층을 도포하여 건조시키고, 계속해서 상기 접착층 위에 상기 지지층을 도포하고 소정의 온도에서 소성하여 환 형상물을 형성하고, 그 후 상기 환 형상물을 뒤집음으로써 상기 성형형으로부터 이탈시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔드리스 벨트의 제조 방법.
- 제5항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 엔드리스 벨트에 발열층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔드리스 벨트의 제조 방법.
- 제5항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이형층, 상기 탄성층 및 상기 지지층 중 적어도 한 층이, 발열체로 이루어지는 필러를 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔드리스 벨트의 제조 방법.
