Description
Claims (22)
- 혐기성 처리과정을 통해 폐수 내의 유기 오염물질을 제거하는 것이 가능한, 메탄세균을 함유하는 혐기성 생물반응기;상기 혐기성 생물반응기 뒤에 설치되고, 호기성 처리과정을 통해 상기 혐기성 생물반응기의 유출물 내의 잔류 유기 오염물질을 제거하는 것이 가능한 호기성 생물반응기; 및상기 호기성 생물반응기 뒤에 설치되고, 상기 호기성 생물반응기의 유출물 내에서 액체로부터 고체를 분리하는 것이 가능한 막분리 반응기를 포함하고,상기 호기성 생물반응기는 수경성 지연 시간을 줄임으로써 스트리퍼로서 사용될 수 있으며, 여기에서 폐수의 pH값이 증가되고 거기에 현탁된 결정 또는 고체들이 생물응집을 통해 호기성 미생물의 플록 매트릭스에 삽입되는,유기 화합물을 함유하는 폐수를 처리하기 위한 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혐기성 생물반응기, 호기성 생물반응기 모두 초기에 혐기성 슬러지가 도입되는 것인 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 호기성 생물반응기 및 막분리 반응기는 상기 호기성 생물반응기 또는 막분리 반응기로부터 상기 혐기성 생물반응기로 미생물을 재순환시키는 장치를 더 포함할 수 있는 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 초기에 상기 혐기성 생물반응기에 혐기성 슬러지가 도입되고 호기성 생물반응기는 호기성 슬러지가 도입되는 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혐기성 생물반응기가 혐기성 미생물을 포함하는 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혐기성 생물반응기가 혐기성 미생물과 조건 세균을 포함하는 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 호기성 생물반응기가 조건 세균 또는 호기성 미생물을 포함하는 것인 시스템.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시스템이 혐기성 생물반응기에서 독성 저해를 줄이기 위해서 상기 폐수중의 독성 유기 물질 제거용 혐기성 생물반응기의 상류에 설치된 사전처리장치를 더 포함할 수 있는 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시스템이 호기성 폐수의 가수분해를 촉진하고 혐기성 슬러지의 분해능력을 향상시키기 위해 혐기성 생물반응기 상류에 설치된 염기성 슬러지 가수분해 장치를 더 포함할 수 있는 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혐기성 생물반응기와 호기성 생물반응기가 추가로 탈질소화가 가능한 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 막분리 반응기가 막 정련을 위한 가스 분사장치를 더 포함할 수 있는 것인 시스템.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 가스가 생물가스 또는 공기인 것인 시스템.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 생물가스 분사장치가 물의 pH값을 0.2-1.0 단위 줄이고 막 스케일링을 방지할 수 있는 것인 시스템.
- 제13항에 있어서, 물의 pH를 조절하기 위해 상기 공기 분사장치 사용에 무기산이 더 추가될 수 있는 것인 시스템.
- (1) 메탄세균을 함유하는 혐기성 세균이 폐수 중의 유기 오염물질을 분해시키는 혐기성 생물반응기 내로 유기 오염물질을 함유하는 폐수를 공급하는 단계;(2) 호기성 미생물이 폐수에 잔류하는 유기물을 분해시키고 물에 용해된 이산화탄소가 공기 탈기를 통해서 제거되어 물의 pH값이 증가하며, 이에 따라 무기 고체, 스트루바이트 및 금속 탄산염의 결정이 생성되어 생물응집을 통해 호기성 미생물의 플록 매트릭스에 삽입되는 호기성 생물반응기의 내부로 단계(1)에서의 혐기성 생물반응기의 유출물을 공급하는 단계; 및(3) 단계(2)에서의 호기성 생물반응기의 유출물을, 유기 오염물질이 없는 유출물을 얻기 위해, 물속의 고체가 분리되는 막분리 반응에 공급하는 단계를 포함하는, 유기 화합물을 함유하는 폐수를 처리하기 위한 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 방법이 단계(1)전에 폐수내의 독성 유기 오염물질을 제거하기 위해 폐수를 사전처리하는 단계를 더 포함할 수 있는 것인 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 호기성 폐수의 가수분해를 촉진하고 혐기성 슬러지의 분해능력을 향상시키기 위해 단계(1)전에 염기성 슬러지 가수분해 장치에서 호기성 폐 슬러지를 위한 염기성 가수분해 단계를 더 포함할 수 있는 것인 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 방법이 상기 막분리 반응기의 막을 생물가스로 정련하는 단계를 더 포함할 수 있는 것인 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 방법이 상기 막분리 반응기의 막을 공기 및 무기산으로 정련하는 단계를 더 포함할 수 있는 것인 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 방법이 상기 막분리 반응기의 막을 공기로 정련하는 단계를 더 포함할 수 있는 것인 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 방법이 상기 호기성 생물반응기 및 막분리 반응기로부터 상기 혐기성 생물반응기로 미생물을 순환시키는 단계를 포함할 수 있는 것인 방법.
