Claims (7)
- 가축분뇨, 축산폐수 또는 축산세척수를 미생물 제거방식으로 생물학적 처리된 액비에 대해, 여과조 내에 포함된 세라믹 분리막을 이용하여 여과 및 농축 처리하여 상기 액비로부터 슬러지(sludge)를 분리처리하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 여과조는 다수개의 세라믹 분리막이 내장되는 멀티형 여과장치이고,
상기 여과조의 내부 압력은 인입 인출관의 크기 및 펌프에 의해 조절되어 상기 세라믹 분리막에 의한 여과 효율을 높이고,
상기 여과조의 내부 유량은 압력유량 조절 밸브에 의해 조절되어 상기 세라믹 분리막의 내부 찌꺼기 농축을 제거할 수 있는, 세라믹 분리막을 이용한 가축분뇨, 축산폐수 또는 축산세척수의 처리방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 세라믹 분리막은 공경(Pore size)이 20nm 내지 80nm 인, 세라믹 분리막을 이용한 가축분뇨, 축산폐수 또는 축산세척수의 처리방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 여과조는 상하단에 캡과 플랜지 결합되며,
상기 세라믹 분리막 각각의 상하단은 가스켓이 끼워져 결합되는, 세라믹 분리막을 이용한 가축분뇨, 축산폐수 또는 축산세척수의 처리방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 여과조는 원통형의 바디를 가지며,
상기 세라믹 분리막의 갯수에 대응하여 상기 세라믹 분리막이 삽입되는 관통홀이 형성되는, 세라믹 분리막을 이용한 가축분뇨, 축산폐수 또는 축산세척수의 처리방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유량조절밸브는 상기 여과조의 미여과되어 나가는 유출관에 장착되고, 상기 유출관에는 유량 체크를 위한 유량계가 장착되는, 세라믹 분리막을 이용한 가축분뇨, 축산폐수 또는 축산세척수의 처리방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 세라믹 분리막의 관통홀 각각은 3~5 ℓ/hr, 상기 세라믹 분리막은 50~100 ℓ/hr의 유입 유량으로 조절되며, 펌프의 양정은 22~25m인, 세라믹 분리막을 이용한 가축분뇨, 축산폐수 또는 축산세척수의 처리방법. - 제1항 내지 제6항의 처리방법을 이용하도록 형성된, 세라믹 분리막을 이용한 가축분뇨, 축산폐수 또는 축산세척수의 처리장치.
