Claims (11)
- A) 방향족 폴리카보네이트, 폴리에스테르 카보네이트 또는 그들 둘다 40 내지 99 중량부,B) B.1) 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, 할로- 또는 알킬로 고리 치환된 스티렌, (메트)아크릴산 C1-C8 알킬 에스테르, 또는 그들의 혼합물 50 내지 99중량부, 및 불포화 니트릴, (메트)아크릴산 C1-C8 알킬 에스테르, 불포화 카르복실산의 유도체 또는 그들의 혼합물 1 내지 50 중량부로부터 제조된 혼합물인 하나 이상의 비닐 단량체 65 내지 98 중량부를B.2) 유리전이온도가 10℃ 미만인 하나 이상의 그래프팅 백본 고무성분 2 내지 13 중량부 존재하에벌크, 용액 또는 벌크/현탁 중합시켜 제조된그래프트 중합체 0.5 내지 60 중량부,C) 비닐 (공)중합체 및 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 열가소성 중합체 0 내지 45 중량부,D) 하기 화학식 Ia 및 Ib의 포스파젠으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 성분 0.1 내지 50 중량부, 및E) 불소화된 폴리올레핀 0 내지 5 중량부를 포함하는 열가소성 성형 조성물.<화학식 Ia><화학식 Ib>상기식에서,R은 각각의 경우에 동일하거나 상이하며, 아미노, 각각의 경우에 임의로 할로겐화된, C1 내지 C6 알킬 또는 C1 내지 C8 알콕시, 각각의 경우에 알킬, 할로겐, 또는 그둘 모두에 의해 임의로 치환된 C5 내지 C6 시클로알킬, C6 내지 C20 아릴, C6 내지 C20 아릴옥시, 또는 C7 내지 C12 아르알킬을 나타내고;k는 0 또는 1 내지 15의 수를 나타낸다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분 A) 60 내지 98.5 중량부, 성분 B) 1 내지 40 중량부, 성분 C) 0 내지 30 중량부, 성분 D) 2 내지 35 중량부, 및 성분 E) 0.1 내지 1 중량부를 함유하는 성형 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서, 성분 C) 2 내지 25 중량부를 함유하는 성형 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서, 성분 D) 5 내지 25 중량부를 함유하는 성형 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서, 그래프팅 백본이 디엔 고무, EP(D)M 고무, 아크릴레이트, 폴리우레탄, 실리콘, 클로로프렌 및 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 고무로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 고무중에서 선택되는 것인 성형 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서, 윤활제 및 이형제, 핵생성제, 정전기방지제, 안정화제, 염료 및 안료로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 첨가제를 함유하는 성형 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서, 성분 D와는 상이한 추가의 방염제를 함유하는 성형 조성물.
- 성분 A 내지 E 및 임의로 추가의 첨가제를 혼합하고 용융배합하는 것을 특징으로하는, 제 1 항에 따른 성형 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 따른 성형 조성물로부터 제조된 성형물.
