Claims (18)
- 하기 화학식 I의 인 화합물, 및 플루오르화 폴리올레핀과 폴리알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트의 혼합물을 함유하고,B.2 유리 전이 온도가 10℃ 미만인 하나 이상의 그라프트 기재 95 내지 5 중량%에 그라프트화된B.1 하나 이상의 비닐 단량체 5 내지 95 중량%로 이루어진 하나 이상의 그라프트 중합체로 개질된 폴리카르보네이트 성형 배합물.<화학식 I>상기 식 중,R1, R2, R3 및 R4는 서로 독립적으로 할로겐-치환될 수 있는 C1-C8 알킬 또는 할로겐, 알킬 또는 이들 둘다로 치환될 수 있는 C5-C6 시클로알킬, C6-C10 아릴 또는 C7-C12 아르알킬이고,n은 서로 독립적으로 0 또는 1이고,q는 서로 독립적으로 0, 1, 2, 3 또는 4이고,N은 0.5 내지 5이고,R5 및 R6은 서로 독립적으로 C1-C4 알킬 또는 할로겐이고,Y는 C1-C7 알킬리덴, C1-C7 알킬렌, C5-C12 시클로알킬렌, C5-C12 시클로알킬리덴, -O-, -S-, -SO-, -SO2- 또는 -CO-이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플루오르화 폴리올레핀과 폴리알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트의 혼합물이1) 폴리알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 에멀젼과 플루오르화 폴리올레핀 에멀젼의 응고된 혼합물 또는2) 플루오르화 폴리올레핀 및 폴리알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트의 예비 배합물인 성형 배합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화학식 I의 인 화합물 또는 이러한 화합물들의 혼합물을 (총 조성물 100 중량부를 기준으로) 0.5 내지 20 중량부 함유하는 성형 배합물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 응고된 혼합물 또는 예비 배합물의 형태인 플루오르화 폴리올레핀을 (총 조성물 100 중량부를 기준으로) 0.01 내지 3 중량부 함유하는 성형 배합물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 플루오르화 폴리올레핀을 (총 조성물 100 중량부를 기준으로) 0.05 내지 2 중량부 함유하는 성형 배합물.
- 제1항에 있어서,A) 방향족 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리에스테르-카르보네이트 또는 이들의 혼합물 40 내지 99 중량부,B) B.2) 유리 전이 온도가 10℃ 미만인 하나 이상의 그라프트 기재 95 내지 5 중량%에 그라프트화된B.1) 하나 이상의 비닐 단량체 5 내지 95 중량%로 이루어진 하나 이상의 그라프트 중합체 0.5 내지 60 중량부,C) 비닐 (공)중합체 및 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트를 포함하는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 열가소성 중합체 0 내지 45 중량부,D) 하기 화학식 I의 인 화합물 0.5 내지 20 중량부 및E) 제1항에 따른 플루오르화 폴리올레핀 0.01 내지 3 중량부를 함유하는 성형 배합물.<화학식 I>상기 식 중, R1 내지 R6, Y, n, N 및 q는 제1항에 정의된 바와 같다.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제3항 및 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식 I에서 N의 평균 값이 0.9 내지 3인 성형 배합물.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제3항 및 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비닐 단량체 B.1로서B.1.1 50 내지 99 중량부의 비닐방향족, 고리-치환된 비닐방향족 및 C1-C8-알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상, 및B.1.2 1 내지 50 중량부의 비닐 시아나이드, C1-C8-알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 및 불포화 카르복실산의 유도체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 혼합물을 함유하는 성형 배합물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 그라프트 기재 B.2로서 디엔 고무, 아크릴레이트 고무, 실리콘 고무 또는 에틸렌/프로필렌/디엔 고무 또는 그의 혼합물을 함유하는 성형 배합물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항, 제6항 및 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식 I에서의 Y가 이소프로필리덴 또는 메틸렌인 성형 배합물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 화학식 I에서의 Y가 이소프로필리덴인 성형 배합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트로서 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트를 함유하는 성형 배합물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항, 제6항, 제11항 및 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비닐방향족, 비닐 시아나이드, C1-C8-알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트, 불포화 카르복실산 및 불포화 카르복실산의 유도체 (예컨대, 무수물 및 이미드)를 포함하는 군으로부터의 하나 이상의 단량체의 비닐 (공)중합체를 함유하는 성형 배합물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항, 제6항, 제11항 및 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 안정화제, 안료, 이형제, 흐름 조제, 대전방지제, 충전제 및 강화제를 포함하는 군으로부터의 하나 이상의 첨가제를 함유하는 성형 배합물.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제3항, 제6항, 제11항 및 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 성형 배합물로부터 수득가능한 성형품.
